Soccer Champions Tour Tickets

My husband and I were looking forward to the soccer event. Hubby loves the Premier League and to see them in action here in Houston was supposed to be a special treat. We prepaid for parking and left our home in plenty of time to arrive at the stadium. We were not informed that only 1 (ONE) entrance to the parking lot would be open. Traffic surrounding that lot was horrendous. Very few traffic officers were on scene and drivers everywhere were in a free-for-all cutting lanes, etc. It took over 90 minutes to move 2 miles and get parked...we missed the frist half of the match which was very disappointing. The soccer was great but the experience regarding traffic and the parking dampened the entire night. With the number of ticket sales, one would think there would have been better traffic coordination.

My experience was AWESOME! I just had a bad time at the entrance because the lady couldn’t read my ticket code on the apple wallet and the internet connection was not good enough, there was no solution and I lost 10 minutes of the game. Also, I don’t know if I missed it, but as my first time in the event, didn’t know the bag politics and wasted lot of time taking it to the lockers. Should warn you before going (I’m not from the US). Though, it was a great experience

I recently had the honor of attending the Manchester United vs Dortmund game at Allegiant Stadium, and I must say it was an absolute treat for football enthusiasts like me. The venue staff was helpful and friendly, ensuring that everyone had a seamless and enjoyable experience. After a very long walk we arrived at the stadium, nice in time for the match. Our kids were very exited that we could visit the game during our USA roadtrip and see their favorite players. When we checked in we were searched and scanned, no problem. One of our family however had a small purse with her phone in it, this was not allowed and we had to go out of line and to the end of the parkinglot to check in the purse. There was another enormous line with flabberguested people with purses. On top of this we had to pay 20dollars for a locker.. after this we got back in the stadium, 20 minutes after kick-off and missed the complete opening and introduction. This was a big disappointment and ruined our night. We thought that american sport events were known for the relaxed and good atmosphere, this was a friendly soccergame with all fans of both teams mixed together. What is the use of sending people away with purses with the size of a big wallet? Right in front of us the VIP section was filled with women with purses and handbags??

Was nice experience. Easy check in with ticketmaster. Parking was not easy and internet was week. Was difficult to get food and drinks.

We had a great time with the Real Madrid game. The uniaue but still important low point has been the public transportation after the event. There was nothing organized to catch a cab or a Uber drive.

This stadium and the people are not cultured enough to organize an international football match. Horrible management, esp. parking is a mess. I am never going to pre-pay for parking, which is an exorbitant price ($50). And for the price we bought our tickets, I don't know if it was worth it when everyone stands and watches the match. Waste of hundreds of dollars. Will I attend another football match at this stadium? Hell, no!

Great seats, fair pricing and clean stadium. Would highly recommend!!
