    Too Slow at the Gates!

by Nick on 7/26/22Camping World Stadium - Orlando

Bought three tickets for Arsenal v. Chelsea in Orlando and got to the gate at 6:45 p.m. Match started at 8 p.m. promptly. It took just over 90 minutes for us to get into the stadium and by the time we sat in our seats, the match was in it's 18th minute. That's crazy! The gates were too slow getting people through. Nearly $300 in tickets for my family...never again!

    Stadium parking exit

by 337 on 7/26/22Camping World Stadium - Orlando

We prepaid for parking believing this would overall be the best option. No so. It took 30 mins to move the first 50 feet and another 15 to get out the parking lot. Pedestrians held up all traffic blocking lot exits with no official control.

Big time game small time venue

by #TrueReviews on 7/26/22Camping World Stadium - Orlando

With the excitement of seeing a Premier League match buzzing we were left disappointed at the level of organization at Camping World Stadium. They were not prepared for a big time event, could not get people in and we missed about 25mins of the first half and am sure plenty of others did too. Each gate had lines longer than Universal at peak days and we were there 1hr early. Food was limited, no ushers to help find seats. The game was good accept Chelsea did not come to play and the heat was too much for each team which we understand.

    FC Series

by FutbolFanRC on 7/26/22Camping World Stadium - Orlando

Got to attend the Chelsea vs Charlotte match & Chelsea vs Arsenal match. Everything was awesome except the Charlotte stadiums club seats didn’t include food. Both the Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte & the Camping World Stadium in Orlando were beautiful venues. Having the free open practice for Chelsea in Orlando was unbelievable to get the chance to see the team up close & get autographs was a chance of a lifetime! The only bummer of the whole series was that all the games weren’t on the South East Coast. I really wanted to see Club America my fav LigaMX club but it was in Vegas.

Game was great…getting in was a nightmare!

by Mas on 7/26/22Camping World Stadium - Orlando

The gates were confusing and then the lines to get in were over an hour….even 30 minutes prior to the game starting! Peoples tickets weren’t scanning…bags weren’t being allowed in but somehow these people were still at the front of the lines holding everyone up. I was there over an hour early and did not make it in the stadium in time for the kick off. The teams did their job and the game was great but the stadium staff was truly struggling!

    Unorganized crowd/traffic control

    by K. T. on 7/26/22

Very difficult to get to stadium. Attempted to park downtown and use the shuttle, but after waiting we were unsure if it really existed. Arrived to our seats 15-20 minutes after kickoff, along with what seemed like thousands of others. The stadium itself was alright, although the viewing angles aren't anything to brag about (especially when compared to Orlando City's stadium.) Leaving the stadium, it was impossible to use ride share, their plan was to just walk down to a high school and get one from there, except along with thousands of others. Gave up on that after awhile and walked back to our parking garage. Unorganized, exhausting night. Had much better experiences at Orlando City Stadium in the past and I recommend they have future games there, despite the smaller capacity.

    Transportation Meltdown

by Kentucky Chelsea Fan on 7/26/22Camping World Stadium - Orlando

The game was great, the stadium was loud and fun. Unfortunately, the city and venue were completely unprepared for the crowd. Hundreds of us were stuck for hours waiting to get through to ride share or taxi services after the game, public transportation was seemingly non-existent, and those that drive were stuck in gridlock for over an hour. Poor logistics ruined what would have otherwise been a wonderful experience.

Arsenal v Chelsea was a great time! The stadium was sold out and you could tell. Hearing all the fans cheer was amazing. Definitely will try to come back next year!

    Wonderful, but…

by AppSt90 on 7/26/22Camping World Stadium - Orlando

Everything was great, but what a huge disappointment that the players could not be bothered to sign an autograph prior to the game. Most barely acknowledged the fans. Only two players from Arsenal (one active and one Retired) came over and interacted. I may be wrong, but for a friendly I expected them to at least be friendly!!

    expensive day out

by ellie on 7/26/22Camping World Stadium - Orlando

family of 5 went to the game , seats still expensive enough and felt like we were sitting with the clouds ( 🙈) - people arriving all the way through the match , many people sitting in the wrong seats causing disruptions as they sorted it out ( at least 3 times , around where we were sitting - more stewards would solve this ) . No bags allowed , beer $13 a can - too many rules in place to make it an enjoyable experience. Queues for everything - toilets , food , soft drinks , mobile lockers etc... At least the football was ok . Next time , will treat myself and watch it on tv .

    Horrible

by Mostafa on 7/26/22Camping World Stadium - Orlando

The gates were beyond un organized. People who were running the events has almost no knowledge of gate numbers or which ticket should go to which gate. Also big lines, no parking spots. A lot of weird people infront of the stadium look like thugs charging $40 for parking. Leaving the stadium was bigger mess than getting in. Just horrible experience from organising point.

    We lost but we won

by Ken Spliffy Jr on 7/26/22Camping World Stadium - Orlando

My team may have lost 4-0 but we got drunk and had the best time ever. Basically felt like we won. Orlando sucks but soccer is fun

    Chelsea vs. Arsenal

by steve607 on 7/26/22Camping World Stadium - Orlando

I bought my tickets in advance through Ticketmaster. I drove down from Pensacola to Orlando and picked up my niece in Gainesville. We got there shortly after the lots were open, I prepaid for parking which I highly recommend. Attended the event outside the western entrance. It was a little loud for me, but my teenage sons dug it. We got some free give aways and then went in. Access to seats was fast and easy to find. Drink prices were on the high side. Overall experience was great. Everyone enjoyed it.

    Gunners rule

by Rick on 7/26/22Camping World Stadium - Orlando

As an Arsenal fan, couldn't find anything wrong with the game. As for the parking and traffic flow, what a joke. I know there were 60,000 plus fans and all the extras(venders, ticket people, etc) but what a nightmare. Had ticket for lot 8. When I got there I was told there was no room. The let us in found a spot in front of the school. They need to work on that.
