FLEETWOOD MAC IN CONCERT:
The Rumours are true: Fleetwood Mac will be joined by Christine McVie for their 2014 world tour, and the band is just as excited about it as their fans. McVie left the band for personal reasons back in 1998, making the Mac's subsequent touring somewhat of a bittersweet experience for concertgoers. Bittersweet no more, however — fans lucky enough to score a ticket to Fleetwood Mac's 2014 On With the Show tour will get to experience McVie classics like "Everywhere" and "Little Lies" alongside Fleetwood Mac staples like "Dreams" and "Rhiannon," marking the first time in nearly 20 years the band's classic lineup has toured together.
BACKGROUND SNAPSHOT:
Legendary British-American rock band Fleetwood Mac was formed in 1967 by Peter Green and Mick Fleetwood. After moderate success as a no-frills blues band in the late '60s, the group underwent a turbulent period marked by lineup changes and lawsuits in the early '70s. With the additions of Christine McVie, Lindsey Buckingham, and Stevie Nicks by 1975, the band entered their most successful period, riding to both critical and commercial acclaim with a string of No. 1 albums including Rumours (1977) and Mirage (1982). The group's chemistry both in and out of the studio resulted in some of the era's most enduring hits, and the continued popularity of songs like "Dreams," "Gypsy," and "Sara," have made them one of the top-selling acts of all time. Following Christine McVie's departure in 1998, the band continued to tour with a scaled-down lineup, thrilling fans in 2014 with the announcement of McVie's return for their On With the Show tour.
FANS WHO BOUGHT TICKETS SAY:
"This was the best concert that I have seen in years. They can still rock the house. Stevie Nicks still has a fantastic voice. Lindsey's guitar playing was out of this world."
"Stevie hasn't sounded this flawless in almost 20 years. Just absolutely awesome. GREAT energy by everybody in the band. The chemistry was excellent and I think the band had as good of a time as the audience."
"Extremely enjoyable----the band is absolutely PROFESSIONAL---onstage for 2 1/2+ hours and appearing to enjoy every minute. Their sound is magnificent----unbelievable for 40 years in the business!!"

We truly enjoyed the show. We have followed the band for years and really enjoy their music.
Fleetwood Mac was amazing. They had an almost 3 hour set with no intermission or breaks. Sang plenty of their hits and incorporated several songs that were from the original crew back in the 60's that have not been played in years. It actually was great with Neil Finn and you really didn't miss Buckingham. Would love to see this show again.
Enjoyed this concert immensely. They opened the program and play for almost 3 hours! The two newcomers to take the place of Lindsay Buckingham were excellent choices. They sang many of the favorites that I had hoped they would. Hard to believe they chose to begin this tour in Tulsa. Wow!!
Fleetwood Mac is AMAZING!!! They sound great and look even better.
Fleet-wood Mac was totally AWESOME, we had a GREAT time and would go and see them again if they were in town.
FLEETWOOD MAC WAS THE TOP 10 OF ALL TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Worth it, epic and unforgettable. Best 3 hour concert ever
I felt like I stepped back in time and it was 1972. One of the best concerts I've been to in over 10 years and would definitely see them again
Fleet wood Mac was impresssive. I would go again. If I go again though, I won't be sitting by an aisle where it blocks the view.
Fleetwood mac played a good solid 2 1/2 hours. They still have it. The 2 new band members fit well with the band
Fleetwood Mac was all & more than I expected!!! I cried when the show ended because I did NOT want it to be Over! Will definitely see them again!!! Mike Campbell is an amazing new addition!!!
I wouldn’t be so bold to say this was the best Fleetwood Mac setlist in history, but it was definitely the best in my lifetime. I think Lindsey Buckingham is a fantastic guitar player, but his ego kept us from hearing the songs we heard tonight... “Hypnotize,” “Oh Well,” and “Black Magic Woman”... Just...my life is now close to complete (c’mon Robert Plant, do a Zep tour...). Of all the times I’ve seen them, I didn’t think it’d get better than seeing the...not original lineup, but for all intents and purposes, THE Fleetwood Mac lineup when Christine came back. But this lineup here, with Mike Campbell and Neil Finn, might have been better. And it hit me hard that this incredible lineup wouldn’t have existed if we hadn’t lost Tom Petty (a year ago this week actually) and it was incredibly bittersweet and beautiful when they covered “Free Fallin’” The best rhythm section in the world (Mick Fleetwood and John McVie), one of my favorite guitarists in the world (Mike Campbell), some of the best harmonies in the world, the most timeless songwriting... Fleetwood Mac might be the last great rock band. And I hope they tour forever.
Fleetwood Mac was incredible! They performed a wonderful selection of songs that showcased the talents of each member of the band. Mick, Christie, John, and Stevie were in fine form. They all seemed to really be enjoying themselves and the crowd was appreciative. It was awesome to see Mike Campbell performing and having fun with the band, and it was great to see him play again! ! Neil Finn was also a welcome addition, adding a richness to the vocals. The encore honored Tom Petty and it felt healing; I was very moved. Thanks for a wonderful show and evening!
Fleetwood Mac was fantastic! They still sound amazing and definitely did not disappoint. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. The only thing that was a little disappointing was the fact that other concert goers were a little too subdued. We wanted to stand and dance while everyone else just sat there quietly. Show some excitement... it was a great show!
I got to see Fleetwood, my favorite band EVER kick off their tour in my OWN city!! Stevie Nicks makes my world go round. I will never go to anyone except Ticketmaster for my tickets if I can help it. My experience with them has always been nothing but stellar
Stevie and her tribe are always bad to the bone!!!
BOK great venue, employees helpful and friendly. Mick Fleetwood still an amazing drummer at 71!! Enjoyed the show very much!!
Fleetwood Mac exceeded my expectations, an amazing show. Neil and Mike were a perfect fit. So glad I didn’t miss it.
Honored to witness a new Fleetwood Mac era with Neil Finn and Mike Campbell. I am a big fan of Finn's solo work and his many collaborations with brother Tim, so it was a special treat to see him perform live.
