Esperanza Spalding Tickets

The concert was wonderful! Such skill, such talent! Will plan to see her again.

The concert created mixed emotions. The first two numbers was so different is was kind of strange. The must have been something going on that the audience didn't know about because the shoe started about ten to fifteen after the Miss Spaulding's intro and went straight thru without a break and then left. There was no getting the artist or anything like that. I got the feeling that they had to be somewhere very soon, I don't think that i would pay to see her again.

Pure authentic genious! And simply the best performace I've seen in a long time.She and her small orchastra rocked the Music Hall! Detroit loves Esperanza!

This event left me breathless after each and every piece played. This IS the best musical event I have ever attended and I have been to quite a few in my over 57 years on Earth. She is an awesome musician and is so very much deserving of her Grammy. Her youth and style perhaps will help today's youth see, hear, and love Jazz as much as my generation does. I would attend each and every concert by her, whenever she is anywhere near Jacksonville. I think she is AWESOME, POWERFUL, BREATHLESS, MAGICAL, I can go on and on and on......

Excellent. I am amazed by Esperanza's talent as well as the gifted musicians who accompanied her. A wonderful experience from beginning to end.

What an unbelievable night. Esperanza was flawless. Her vocals were astoundingly good and the emotion she put into her playing was inspiring. Even though I am a musician myself, I found it difficult to follow some of the improv sections as they were very complex. We left with our jaws on the floor.

I was really digging this young Queen. Her style of Music blew me back.(Cherry Blossom). Her Vocals along with her gifts of playing the instruments of melody was smooth and soft very inviting. I recommend seeing her many days. If I ever host a a summer party.....she would be the ideal person to crash it:) Keep Jazzing young Queen, Keep Jazzin.

Esperanza is AMAZING!! Her voice, her backup singer, the musicians the pianist.....if you have a chance to see her live- GO!! You will not be disappointed.

Absolutely one of the best concerts we've attended - nice venue, comfortable seats, great acoustics, and Esperanza Spalding was a joy!

Although it took like 45 min for her to start the show it was nice! The musicianship was phenomenal! I am glad they came to Jacksonville.

I was not extremely familiar with her music so I attended the concert to familiarize myself with it. Her music was beautiful, the audience was warm and supportive. The acoustics were great

Esperanza is dynamic, unique, and amazingly talentrd as a vocalist and basist. Her band was excellent, especially one of my favorite drummers, Terry Lynn Carington. I would pay to see the concert again today.

She is a classic throw back to the great jazz artists in history. The show was fantastic and she has a great arsenal of talent to display to the crowd. Unbelievable show!

This young woman, and all of the incredibly talented members of her Chamber Music Society, absolutely blew my mind! Her talents (base and voice) are extraordinary. Leo Genovese, her pianist in concert as well as on her albums, also amazed me. I will never miss an Esperanza performance in Detroit (or wherever I live) for the rest of her career!
