Eric Benet Tickets

The Sexy Soul Tour should have been called Ledisi & Mint Condition with special guest Eric Benet. I bought 2 tickets to see Eric Benet perform but I was somewhat disappointed. He was okay, but nothing as I had anticipated. Ledisi was the opening act and she was the show stopper. I had recently heard her CD at my hair salon, but I really didn't know anything about her. She was on fire! Her energy and singing ability is spectacular! She really made the show. Mint Condition was also great. The band was phenonemal! I couldn't get over the performance of the drummer and guitarists. They were hot! I couldn't wait to get home and download Ledisi's songs on my iPod. The next time she comes to Atlanta, I'll be there! Her performance was from the heart and believe me, it was worth every penny.

I have been to the Fox Theatre for many events. I found it to be very, very cold in the facility. Fotrunately, I dressed rather warm. The performers have great songs that they each performed. However, their performances did not seem to stimulate the audience enough to get into the concert. With the exception of a few songs. Most of the time the audience, just sat there.

I attended the Sexy Soul concert on Halloween night. I wanted something different and fabulous to do that night which was not the usual handing out candy or going to a night club. And what I was treated to was a night of good music and very energetic performances by true artists. The evening opened with my home girl Ledisi. I have been a fan of hers since the very beginning. Although I have seen her before in concert, she never disappoints. The lady can just flat out sing, she lets it all hang out and is not afraid to shake her booty. Ledisi is blessed with a beautiful instrument and I would go to see her perform, again and again and again. Next up was Mint Condition. I must admit I love Stokely and I am especially appreciative of a group that plays live instruments. The guys did their thing. They danced and celebrated, shared their enormous talent with the crowd. Eric Benet ended the evening. He is blessed with physical beauty and a voice that just as beautiful. I wanted to listen to him sing all night. That takes me to the downside of the night. None of the acts performed for very long and did not sing all of the songs I came to hear. Eric Benet had a track for his backing vocals, which is something I would not have expected from a headliner. All in all I would say it was worth the cost of the ticket.

Eric Bente's voice is so beautiful. He sounds better in person than the album. Now that's real talent!

The show was pretty good. I wish Mint Condition sang "Someone to Love". I love that song and was looking forward to it. Ledisi was great also. She really showed her vocal skills in her singing last night. I would love to see her again. Eric Benet was the best!! Not only did he sing all of the songs I wanted to hear, but he sounded great. Last, but certainly not least, THE SOUND CREW!! Great job fellas! You made sure each artist had quality sound. ** Sorry to say, but the comedy in between artists was kind of lame. He wasn't that funny.

First off, the Fabulous Fox Theatre was wonderful, one of the best venues in town!!! Ledisi was wonderful, as usual. I saw her earlier this year at the Tabernacle in Atlanta. She had since released her new album and sang some new songs. Mint Condition was really good, a complete live band, and they are all really talented. Not a huge follower of the group. but the lead singer sounded great!! Now on to Eric.... Now I love me some Eric Benet, but was disappointed in his setup. He had three musicians, a drummer, guitar player and one on the keyboards. No backup singers, no horns, and all of the songs were tracks that he sang over along with help from the three musicians. He sounded and looked good, and told little stories between songs, but I just think someone of his caliber is way past performing with tracks.

WOW was that a GREAT concert.... So much energy and the sexy appeal was a 10!

This was an awesome concert. I just wish it was a little longer, at least half hour.

Eric put on a great show. The venue was perfect for the show.....large enough, but yet small enough to make the show more close up and personal.

This was my first time at House of Blues and my first concert since 1990( yes it has been that long). I have to say this man was truly amazing. His concert was classy, sexy, energetic and OH SO WHAT I NEEDED. I took my sister who never heard of him, but his "chocolate legs" has made her a EB fan for life.

Eric Benet gave a awesome performance. I Loved it.

The Eric Benet concert was incredible. He is a true showman and entertainer and was enjoyed by all in attendance. The coliseum was not an appropriate venue to showcase his talent. A more intimate setting would have been more appropriate. Nevertheless, his charisma, personality and ability to engage the audience made it an exceptional evening.

Eric Benet blew the roof off with his phenominal performance! The only drawback was the show did not start until 8 pm.

His voice and range are absolutely amazing. Anyone that missed his show, missed out!! He performed his butt off...I had a blast and he made me feel as if he was singing to ME!!

Eric Benet is truely in a class of his own. His voice is simply beautiful. I was just sitting there truely in awe. I'm a true music lover and a singer by profession myself and its wonderful to hear real music and a real talent without all the additives people are using now just to sound like they can hold a note. Only down side is I wish it didn't end so soon, so many songs I would've loved to hear but he worked hard and he put on a good show. Next time I'd like to see him with an opening act or something.

He was absolutely wonderful. He sounds better in person than he does on his CD's that is saying alot because he sounds great on the CD's. He was outstanding. Looking forward to seeing him again. Wonderful artist.

Eric's performance was excellent, as usual!!! His voice is a God-given gift and he is such a very nice songwriter/ entertainer. You would never guess that he is as famous as he is because he is so down to earth! Thank you Eric for such an unforgettable evening!!! Love and Light!!!

I really love Eric Benet. I am well aware how talented, but when I heard him live I was mesmerized. He played at the house of blues so it was a very intimate setting. He had such a special connection with the crowd all night long. I loved it and if you have the oppurtunity to see him DON"T MISS IT!!

I saw Eric Benet at the House of Blues Orlando, October 10th, 2009 and it was a good show. The man can sing! Sounded just like the albums, but the show was entirely too short! Doors opened at 7pm, show started by 8 pm and he ended the show by 9:30 pm. Everyone was looking around like, this dude has GOT to be joking? But he wasn't! They started breaking down the stage barriers and everything. Everyone was in shock! Again, very good show, but ENTIRELY TOO SHORT!!
