As always My Favorite MC Rakim, Rakim Allah shows why he is the GREATEST MC of ALL TIME. Eric B is My Favorite DJ and the two are the Best Dynamic Duo to EVER DO IT & STILL Repping Hip Hop to the Fullest... I AM Rakim's #1FAN...
Legends! Move the crowd.>>>>>>.......................................................
Great show, we would not hesitate to see them again.
Very organized start at the House of Blues, and we didn't have to wait long to get in. They could have had a few more people telling you were to go once in, but it wasn't a negative experience. Didn't care for the early performers, by Rakim did his thing like the GOD MC that he is. We had a great time.
Good show. Nice venue. Really enjoyed Eric B & Rakim. Love đ âol skool hip hop.
It was everything I could have asked for and more. My seats were perfect and the show was amazing from beginning to end.
When Eric B. walked out in the big boy fur and LV...I was done! I immediately dropped my Southern accent and started using NY slang the rest of the night đ. #EricBForPresident #RakimGODMC
Eric B & Rakim gave an awesome performance. It really took us back, reminiscing about when the songs came out
The show started on time, which was great. The acts before the main act were pretty weak. The DJ just before kept the crowd engaged. My biggest complaint was the sound system was so loud, it was difficult to hear the words.
Great experience! My first time in the Tabernacle ... which was really cool in itself. The character of the building is amazing and definitely adds a lot to the overall venue! The concert itself was as expected - with even some surprise elements that made classic music more relative to today's flow. I'll definitely head back for future events!
Great show with Rakim and Eric B performing all their classics and dressed in classic 80s gear. Some promoter needs to put together a Run DMC, Eric B& Rakim and EPMD show with Dougie Fresh& $lick Rick....
The too-loud bass overwhelmed the vocals, which is a real shame considering that their recorded music thrived on the minimalist aesthetic.
I think artists need to stop being so late to performances. It doesnât make sense to pay $100+ for 2 tickets and get a 42-50 minute performance.
Nothing but respect for the architects of the culture of hip hop venue was great just enough room and the food and drinks in the vip lounge was on point from the stage lighting to the microphone was on point this show took me back to when I was 16 when I first seen Eric B & Rakim I havenât felt that good in a while.
Great show with a really old school flavor of hip hop. Defintiley brought out a unique N.Y. flavor to the stage and I highly reccomend if you are a fan of the classics.
Such a great experience. Make throwback from when wer grew up...
Great concert. Eric B and Rakim haven't missed a beat even though I hadn't heard anything from them in 30 years. They ripped it up. The House of Blues is ok if you get there early and you're not stuck in a corner. It was my 1st time there and friends had warned me to not get there too late. Overall experience grade for that night was an A.
Good old school hip hop concert besides the first few rappers that performed. I'm not a big fan of the younger rappers so I could have missed all them. But Eric B & Rakim were good. I could see them again.
Eric B & Rakim rocked the house. Played every single classic.
