DR SEUSS' HOW THE GRINCH STOLE CHRISTMAS! THE MUSICAL is the record-setting Broadway sensation which features the hit songs "You're A Mean One Mr. Grinch" and "Welcome Christmas" from the original animated television special. Max the Dog narrates as the mean and scheming Grinch, whose heart is "two sizes too small," decides to steal Christmas away from the Holiday loving Whos. Magnificent sets and costumes inspired by Dr. Seuss' original illustrations help transport audiences to the whimsical world of Whoville, as this sparkling production breathes new life into this timeless story of the true meaning of Christmas. Don't miss what The New York Times calls "AN EXTRAORDINARY PERFORMANCE! 100 times better than any bedtime story."
Really enjoyed the Musical and Enjoyed Seeing it Our Granddaughter- Well Done!
Price for parking is ridiculously priced. And for everyone to be safe especially in the city you wanna park close. Expecting to go and not have kids taking. My opinion smaller children not interested. Had lil boy behind us kicking my seat and talking. I didn’t bring my 2 year old grandson for those reasons.
The Grinch musical was beyond what I expected. I thought it would be mostly for children, but I was wrong! The musical is for EVERYONE! It was entertaining, funny, magical, and brought back so many childhood memories. The entire cast was amazing!
We brought 3 of our younger grandkids to see the play. Ages 4-5. They enjoyed the show the whole time.
Great show for adults and kids. Clever dialogue, staying true to the authors original book. Truly enjoyable. If youre in New Orleans, dont buy the parking. 80+% is reserved parking in a urine smelling garage. We were late to the show because of difficulty parking. I complained to Ticketmaster, they blew me off.
The show dragged. Even our kids were uninterested.
The Grinch Definitely did not disappoint, the weather was cold and Gloomy in the city perfect Christmas Day to see The Grinch with family and a friend we loved it!
I was super excited to see the Grinch, but the set was more of what I'd expect at a local theatre/high school play. Very basic, not elaborate as you would expect a Broadway show to be. Even my husband commented how dull Woseville was. In the movie it's so bright and sparkly. The tree was almost boring. The Whoville try was a magnificent super sized tree. When they were putting presents under the tree, it was a tiny tree with a black curtain behind it. Quite pitiful if you ask me. Needs major improvement.
It was just Magical! The sets, the actors, the music & last but not least, the Saenger Theater were just wonderful & beautiful!!!
Sanger staff was extremely accommodating to making this an eventful day for my sister in a wheelchair. I was so worried about logistics and Jennifer and Bridget made it possible. Shout out to security as well for help getting out of the car!!!!
This musical was the best I have ever watched. My daughter and I saw the Sunday 5 pm performance and you could not ask for a better Grinch. It was amazing.
It was a very enjoyable show by all ages. My children, spouse, and myself really enjoyed the event. Would recommend for other families to do the same.
This was the worst musical stage production I have ever seen designed for kids. It was dull, boring and had no appeal. For a musical, there was no good music. After the first 30 minutes, started to wonder how I’d make it till the end. After an hour into the show, me, my daughter and two 8 year old granddaughters had enough and decided to leave. Don’t waste your money!
My family love it! It is definitely a must see at Christmas!
It was very disappointing. Boring. Not worth the money or time.
Loved the show but there were a lot of kids playing on phones the entire show and running up and down the aisles. It would be much better for the other guests if there were employees in there to monitor that kind of stuff.
The play started on time which is a plus. However, it was quite long with no break and seemed to drag towards the end. The singing was quite loud which sounded distorted. All in all it was a nice experience, but I wouldn’t watch it again.
The experience was definitely worth the money. I and my grandchildren loved it. I was amazed at how well it held the attention of the five year old.
My entire family had a great time. it was a great performance.
I loved it ...it was the best show ivd seen in awhile
