Doug Benson Tickets

Short show, little creativity. Told 4 jokes and played a stupid game show that wasn't funny.

I watch a lot of stand up comedy and so naturally I was very excited when I found out Doug Benson was coming to town. I watched both of his comedy central presents specials before the show to get myself in right mind set. Much to my dismay most of the material was the same. The improv at the end was dry at best and found myself as well as room mate dozing in and out of sleep. Benson was entirely too high despite it being the day after 420. His opener was the worst part of the entire show. I enjoyed the bit he did about the self defense class but the rest was garbarge. It was like he was only there to promote himself and his merchandise instead amusing the auduence. Daniel Tosh who came to town the semester before put on an excellent show. Save your money and go see him instead.

It was funny and unforgettable. My friends and I are still laughing about it. Great show, can't wait for next year!

Doug was really funny and I enjoyed the show. He came to the same venue last year but the majority of his jokes were new. His opener, Graham Elwood, was not nearly as funny, used many of the same jokes as last year, and was more mean that actually humorous.

a very entertaining show, where it was so comfortable it seemed like doug and his pal graham just came out of the audience, hopped on stage, and made us all laugh. thanks, fellas.

Great show tons of laughs cant wait for next year.

Only in Eugene can a pot comic be so well received. Very funny indeed. Nothing beats a good laugh and Doug delivers!
