    Incredible

by totheseaside on 4/10/17Paradise Rock Club - Boston

Dopapod is consistently amazing. I really like the Paradise as well - lots of room, plenty of good views (except behind those damn pillars) and a pretty decent sound.

    Dopapod

by Nemoless on 5/4/16The Sinclair - Cambridge

Had me trancing for the first time in many years. Great show, starting with a guest appearance by Rob Compa with the opening band (Strange Machines). They, and his appearance, were a great warm up. It only got better from there!

    A big pod of dopeness!!!!

by Rockalock on 5/3/16The Sinclair - Cambridge

Was an amazing event. The sinclair is a great venue. Small enough so that you can really feel connected with the music and the band but large enough to feel the energy and a sense of community. Little dinky but has character and charm to it. Bars all around so youre never jammed waiting in line too long for a drink, which btw they have a great selection and variety of beer (not just your variety of mass produced crappy american light beer) for a reasonable price The show itself was amazing, i honestly would have been satisfied with just seeing the opening act(s) i recommend the Strange Machines, they killed it with an almost Rush influenced sound of jamming and some heavier metal. Dopapod itself was how to put it... a pod of dopeness. Both sets were great with the encore lasting like half an hour and may have been the best part of the show. They kept rolling and barely took a break (aside from intermission) one song seemed to roll seamlessly into the next and the crowd was into it the whole way. If theyre playing in your area get tickets and just go, you'll have a blast, my only regret is not seeing them the other two nights they were in town. Dopapod is the real deal see them now before they hit the acclaim and follow that Phish has in this post dead era of jam bands. Even if youre only into electronic music, theyre a great segue into listening to musicians playing as a real band in real time (vs one person on stage with a system and premade tracks)

    The Nth power rocks

by DailyDave on 11/21/15Tralf - Buffalo

I didn't expect an opening act but The Nth Power showed up and killed it! We came to see Dopapod and they didn't play their signature you tube song "picture in picture". Most of what they played were piano excursuses. The Nth power should be the headliner.

seriously blew me away. saw them before at peach fest in Scranton PA, but at this intimate venue it was just even more mind melting and amazing. seriously don't know how long I'll be able to wait until I see them live again. DO NOT MISS THEM! don't even think about going to see them, just do it. DO IT! you will never ever ever EVER regret it. they attract all types of rad people to their shows not to mention their music blasts you into a spiritual journey... also their openers the Nth Power were amazing! never heard of them before but now I'm a huge fan...

I saw live dopapod evil was I

by Anonymous on 7/12/15Teragram Ballroom - Los Angeles

I hadn't seen them since their new album was released. Their new songs are fantastic, and they covered the Jurassic Park theme song. Of the twenty something Dopapod shows I've been to, this was easily top 5.

Perfect in terms of the band and music. The venue is great as well. The stage is just high enough for most average sized people to see the band and there is normally no bad place for viewing pleasure. Just don't stand in a straight with the lights. They will be blinding you commonly if you are. My recomendation is to bring a baseball cap and/or a pair of sun glasses.

    Moon Hooch was amazing!!!

by Joeyjoejoeshabado on 3/2/15Tralf - Buffalo

What an absolutely incredible show! The energy in the Tralf was quite amazing. Both Moon Hooch and Dopapod were fantastic, but Moon Hooch really stole the show in my opinion. I haven't been to the Tralf in quite some time, but it was a wonderful venue. Looking forward to more shows there. BRING BACK MOON HOOCH PLEASE!!!!!!

    Dopapod rocks the Wonder Bar

by remgem on 8/26/14The Wonder Bar - Asbury Park

After a late start Dopapod brought the heat with extended jammimg and an excellent light show. Guest guitarist Chris Buono fit right in and helped push the envelope even further. This is an up and coming band with great skill and chops. Lookout for this band!

Dopapod and the Jauntee were Great

by Lauren2157 on 2/24/13Paradise Rock Club - Boston

First time seeing dopapod, second time seeing the jauntee and ghosts of jupiter. They were all great. Very tight. They are obviously some of the most talented musicians I have seen in concert recently. For only $15 I saw three amazing bands that played a concert over 5 hours long....so worth it! Also this was my first time at the Paradise in Boston, and the venue was awesome as well. I danced all night, now im soar!

Ghosts of Jupiter is my new favorite!!!

by TuneGoon on 2/24/13Paradise Rock Club - Boston

Thought the whole show was solid. Just thought the middle band, Ghosts of Jupiter, was freaking awesome!! Only wished they had a longer set. Those guys were absolutely shredding the place! Hadn't had a chance to see them before and heard great things. My friends were not lying, they were a whole other level! So tight it was crazy... These guys need more shows at the bigger venues around here. Sound is made for a large audience to lose their mind to!! Haven't seen a band like that in a while!!
