    Dixie rocks it

by wellwhyknot on 2/27/18Duke Energy Center for the Performing Arts - Raleigh

Took a chance on this show because it sounded like it had the potential to be funny. I started laughing 2 minutes in and didn't stop the entire time. Good show. No regrets!

    Too sexually explicit

by Landelius on 2/27/18Duke Energy Center for the Performing Arts - Raleigh

I wish I’d had warning about how sexually explicit the show was going to be. I’d seen something about it on tv sometime back and there was no mention. ‘Dixie’ was extremely talented and funny at times when there were no sexual references. If I had known, I wouldn’t have bought the tickets.

    Funny!

by Oberau on 2/27/18Duke Energy Center for the Performing Arts - Raleigh

This show is laugh out loud funny the entire duration of the show! The unique plot of the audience being guests at an actual Tupperware party adds to the charm. The main character interacts with the audience before and after the show remaining in character as Dixie. There is a fair amount of audience participation which is humorous! Go!

Audience participation was funny and it was a real Tupperware, too! Catalogs and everything!

Funny but not worth the price of tickets

by SingleGrammy on 2/27/18Duke Energy Center for the Performing Arts - Raleigh

It was funny although sometimes she dragged out things to fill up time and it still only ran 90 minutes. Very un-PC and sometimes crude, so if you get offended easily, don't go. No bargains on the Tupperware either.

    Terrible

by Psenj on 10/8/17Count Basie Theatre - Red Bank

Could not understand anything given the deep drawl of the "performer" and the horrible acoustics of the venue. Left half way through.

Dixie's and her outrageous Tupperware Party

by BarbershopperSinger on 10/1/17Scherr Forum-Thousand Oaks Civic Arts Plaza - Thousand Oaks

This was one of the most entertaining shows I've ever seen. From the moment Dixie hit the stage, she had the audience in the palm of her hand. Her presentation was genuine and so very engaging. Full of deliciously naughty innuendos that kept the audience in hysterics from start to finish. I have been a Tupperware fan forever and I had no idea of the back story. Based on Dixie's demonstrations, I ended up buying three products...including the can opener, which is simply fabulous. I will be in the audience the next time Dixie comes to town. Thank You, Dixie!

The female impersonator was very good. His makeup really made him look like a lady. He was very funny and very expressive.

Best Tupperware Party I've ever been to!

by KnitSox on 9/20/17Scherr Forum-Thousand Oaks Civic Arts Plaza - Thousand Oaks

This show is a must see. Dixie is hilarious in how she presents her Tupperware product. She is funny and entertaining and we had a really great time. She is amazing at ad-libbing her jokes, since she never knew what the audience would say or do. I loved the fact that it is really a Tupperware Party! It just made it so much more fun. The show closed with a really touching moment that was very special. Dixie came around before the show started and talked to many people in the audience, including us. After the show she was out in the lobby chatting with people, taking photographs, answering questions, and could not have been more gracious. If this show comes around again, I will definitely be attending and get many of my friends to go with me.

You will laugh until your sides hurt. She's rapid fire...loud and bawdy as heck. Even if you don't need Tupperware you find something you cannot live without.

    An Afternoon of Laughter

by BARBDW on 9/19/17Scherr Forum-Thousand Oaks Civic Arts Plaza - Thousand Oaks

Dixie is an absolute hoot. You almost forget the purpose of the party. She knows her products, and tells the wonderful story of Tupperware and how the home party concept began. She interacts with her audience and you would never know that you weren't at a private home, she makes it very intimate. Never a dull moment.

    Loved Dixie Longate!

by Wrrrr on 9/17/17Scherr Forum-Thousand Oaks Civic Arts Plaza - Thousand Oaks

The show was hilarious. Campy and genuine at the same time. Dixie was very friendly and approachable and was available to the audience members before and after the concert for pics and chit-chat. And you really can buy Tupperware at the show!

It was entertaining. I would have preferred she be a little clearer in her speech, but perhaps failing to enunciate was part of her act.

Tupperware will Never be looked at the Same!

by Relinda on 8/16/17Harrah's Casino New Orleans - New Orleans

Many Laughs - a little education - on Tupperware and some new vocabulary words. Got a little dark at times and wished it stayed lighter. Was about 15 minutes too long.
