Our first time seeing the Folsom Four, wasn’t disappointed. They interjected some backstory about Johnny during their set, interacted with the crowd, great musicians - would definitely see them again!
I’m not a huge Johnny fan but I’ve watched “Walk the Line” and listened to the Folsom prison recording...after seeing this show - I’m a huge Johnny fan and would pay 3x what I paid to see this show again! It was like being there live with Johnny, June and the entire crew! Great show that leaves you wanting more!!!
As good as it get! Great talent, great entertainment and memorable music!
David Burney has a deep, resonant Johny Cash sound and a stage presence that made for an evening of excellent entertainment. The whole crew put on a show that was authentic to the Cash family’s history and talents. Would highly recommend as a family event for young and old!
Really enjoyed the show!! wonderful tribute to the GREAT Johnny Cash. Looking forward to seeing them again.
A full re-enactment of the San Quintin performance by the Johnny Cash show. Amazingly talented acts, David Burnie (Johnny Cash) was incredible, a great time!
Musically, the show is excellent. My reservation comes from how strictly they try to re-enact the concert at San Quentin. It's a lot to ask of an audience, and I'm not convinced it's at all respectful of the people who are in correctional institutions. But more to the point, I think it interferes with the spontaneity and high energy that seems to be missing from the concert experience. The musicians are far too talented to be restrained this way.
I didn’t really know what to expect. My wife and I are big fans of Johnny Cash so we were intrigued by the advertising. Every person on stage did a wonderful job. It was really a very fun evening. We had a great time.
The musicians were right on and gave a terrific show. True to Johnny Cash, the Carter family and the Statler brothers. The venue is great we always enjoy concerts there.
