Disney Presents The Lion King (Chicago) Tickets

This play was spectacular. I bought this for my 3 toddler kids and wives’ birthday! Kids were enamored the whole entire play. Right from the first note. And then singing was in reiki Le with the dancing and choreography top notch! So impressed with this cast and the whole ensemble.

The costumes were beautiful and tastefully ornate, The music and choreography was better than ever. This production is simply fantastic!

The show was outstanding in every respect. The acting, singing, and choreography, the music, the costumes, and the stage sets and lighting were spectacular. Worth every dollar invested. My only complaint was the strong perfume the patron in the row in front of us was wearing 😷.

We could have never imagined what an incredible experience The Lion King play would be. From the opening moment to the ending the play was spellbinding. Costuming were the most imaginative along with the clever movements of each actor bringing every animal alive. The broadway play stays true to the beloved movie. The play is 2hr & 45 min long which was lengthy for small children. Also a few small children were crying during the dark intense hyenas scenes. Timon and Pumbaa however were funny and clever. The Lion King was first rate and sensational. Run to get your ticket to one of the most outstanding theater experience.

OMG! I had always wanted to see this production on Broadway, but kept missing it. But not this time, I got my tickets when they first went on sale. I had no idea how they were going to bring the animated version and the movie version to the stage. It was so wonderful! I was so engulfed in the production that for that 2 1/2 hour or however long it was, I forgot I was at the Cadillac Palace. The special effects were so beautiful and believable. I loved this production so much and I’m glad I finally got the opportunity to see it live. Thank you for bringing it to the Cadillac Palace.

Took ten year old granddaughter to see the show. Sat in Row E, center, great seats. Show was well-done. This was the second time I had seen the play. First time was easily ten years ago. I thought the actors were great. My only issue was the sound. This was a 2 pm matinee and all the seats were full. I thought the sound was not loud enough. For the most iconic songs, especially, the sound needed to be louder to make more of an impact when Napa sings her solo, you cannot hear here and if I, sitting right in front thought so, I can’t imagine what people in the balcony thought.

I would see this 3 times more! Amazing experience! Cast was great! Never a dull moment!

After taking my daughter. SIL and my husband and myself and spending quite a bit of money for main floor seats we were all so disappointed. At first I thought I might need hearing aids. No- the vocals were not projecting or the sound system was faulty. Unintelligible. The set was amazing and the costumes too.

We saw the matinee and it was amazing. Beautiful scenery, amazing costuming, the actors were fabulous!! Rafiki was my favorite. Our seats were orchestra-right and we had quite a bit of obstruction. I wish either Ticketmaster or the venue would’ve warned me about that when I made the purchase.

The Lion Ling is such a wonderful and heart touching play. I would recommend that everyone goes at least once in their life to see the Lion King. I have seen the play many times and I would still go back to see the play again. Basically I just LOVE the Lion King.

Lion king is amazing, my children, 9 &11 were mesmerized! A dynamic performance!

The Cadillac Theater is the best. Staff is always friendly and helpful. The Lion King is fabulous for all ages.

The costumes, scenery, dancing and acting were amazing. The singing was solid but not great.

The play was absolutely amazing! I give it an A+. The seats at the Cadillac palace are horrible. They are not comfortable. My kids 8 years old even complained of the discomfort of the seats. So maybe a different theatre but everything else was great!

The Lion King brought back so many memories. I’m not a fan of musicals, but this was beautifully choreographed, the props were also fantastic and the whole experience was just amazing. It made me laugh, cry and had me singing along the whole time. The actors were awesome especially the young actors. I was amazed by their talent. My 10 year old step-son really enjoyed it as well and I hear him singing around the song around the house. This was a wonderful family event and I’m glad we had the chance to experience this as a family.

Spectacular just great production overall beautiful

Best show ever! The costumes/puppets were incredible! I especially loved the life size elephant. The singing and music were perfection and the actors/actresses were incredible . We even had one in our aisle up in the balcony. Highly recommended!

This was an amazing show. I didn't know what to expect but I could never have hoped for something so good. Live orchestra, great costumes and great actors. Totally recommend.

Beautiful show and beautiful artistry. Kudos to the wonderful actors/actresses. Costumes are stunning. Singing was great as well. I’m underwhelmed because I feel like the show is outdated and stuck in the 1990s. It’s 2022 and I feel the shoe and message should be refined for the times and could have a bigger impact. It definitely felt Disney and a big production but just didn’t hit the mark. I know the great Elton John wrote the original music but it’s time to update it with a more current sound and not just recycle the same show for years.I kind of felt I was watching the cartoon on stage.

Lion King is simply the best show I have seen! I was so glad I had not watched any video clips because I was not aware of all of the animals and characters entering through the audience and I LOVED the surprise of it. The creativity of this show is beyond compare - I was so overwhelmed by it that I spontaneously was brought to tears in several places. All of the actors were talented and pros! The music was so well done and the drummers in the balconies made the sound rich and it was fun to watch them. The creative use of the ensemble cast was so impressive; for example, some of them were literally the grass and plants in some of the scenes and I was just wowed by this! I could go on and on but if you're reading this, GO SEE THIS SHOW!
