Took my four year old and wife. Had a wonderful time. My daughter would not take her eyes of the performance. Lasted two hours.
The show was sinsational. Thise skaters are wondeful.
Watching all the children arrive at the show dressed in their favorite princess outfit, was enough to bring tears to your eyes. They had no idea what was about to unfold in front of them...and true to Disney style, the show they saw was amazing! My little "princess" sat in awe of the beautiful sparkling costumes, the smooth choreographed skating, the special effects and the princess storylines. Each prince & princess were included in the production with special guest appearances by Tinkerbell, Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse and Goofy. It was an evening that treated our "princess" to a night she won't soon forget.
I was very pleased with the performance. The show kept my daughter's attention and the tricks and stunts were unbelieveable. It was a great show for both kids and the kids at heart:)
Had a date with my preschooler to watch this and it was simply amazing. She enjoyed every bit of it. Great effects. Not to mention we had great front row seats. She got to try on the glass slipper! Would recommend this to everyone to see with their little girls. They all want to be princesses at one point.
What a wonderful time we had at the show with my daughter, her son (3 years) and daughter (4 1/2 years) at the St Pete Times Forum. The classic story perspectives were totally age appropriate for the "young" children that filled this large venue. The environment was not too scary; there was lots of bright colors and lively music. (We went to this show last year and the story and choreography was different; quite aggressive and frightening to my granddaughter in some places.) Last evening, my grandchildren couldn't take there eyes off the ice. My only negative comment might be regarding the time the show began. Running from 7:30 to 9:30 PM made the show either a bit too long or it simply started too late. Beginning a 1/2 hour earlier would have greatly improved the "crew's" trip back to the parking garage. Having said that, they both slept soundly with contented smiles all the way home! We'll definitely be back!
From the moment Tinker Bell glided into the hearts of big and little girls throughout the St. Pete Times Forum last night, all were mesmorized! And Yes.. she had Pixie dust. Each Princesses story line was highlighted with great effects and great skating. I have to give props though to to Ariel! She outskated all the other Princesses. I took my 16-year-old step-daughter to this, and she was just as excited as the 6 and 7-year old girls in the audience. We will definitely be going to another Disney on Ice production when it returns to Tampa!!
was very very good!!!!!! i have VIP tickets, sweet nice!!!!!
We took our two granddaughters, 5 & 3 yrs., and I thought it was done very well. The place was loaded with little girls, all of them princesses. The skating was top notch, so as an adult I enjoyed that part of it. My wife, in her 60's enjoyed the fairy tales as much as our granddaughters.
The Disney On Ice Princess Classics show was adorable. We went on Thursday, opening night, which was great because not only did we get $15 tickets, but it wasn't as packed as the weekend shows. The only complaints I have are that the souveniers and snacks were priced at standard Disney rates, which when traveling with four children, can put you out about $150, so come prepared.
I took my daughter who is almost three! We had the most wonderful mother/daughter evening. My daughter was in awe of the magical night!
Disney has never, ever failed to impress. They consistently go above and beyond any other production company. Disney on Ice Princess Classic was certainly no exception. There was so much packed in to just 2 hours yet you never felt like the stories were being rushed. They incorporated all the essential parts of each movie including all of our favorite music. As always, the performances by the individuals themselves were tight and clean. Disney on Ice has become quite a tradition in our home. We'll never miss a show!
I love ice skating and with princesses it's even better. The storyline was splendid and the transition from one to another was superb. My only wish was there were more professional ice skating with lifts and spins. The skating part was a little disappointing. Doesn't matter where you seat you can see the stage/ice and the characters are so real life.
not as good as the last one a few years ago. looked like a smaller budget production. less lighting and low quality props. Some costumes were good, but overall not as colorful. slightly underwelmed.
The show was great! A typical Disney production, top notch. Although the merchandise is way overpriced ($10 for popcorn bucket), but that is expected as well.
The Disney on Ice Princess Classics was greatly enjoyed by our family. It was very entertaining and well put together. Our only complaint would be the rediculous prices for things...$10 popcorn, $12 sno cone, $10 COTTON CANDY...Yikes!
Our 3 year old just loves the Disney Princesses. She was so excited, and she never took her eyes off of the characters. It was very warm and inviting. It rekindled your spirit no matter how old you were or gender. Young or older, male and female, everyone was mesmerized! Well put together theme and every Princess got their time in the spot light. Would recommend it to anyone wanting a family oriented night out. We have seen atleast 5 of the Disney on Ice', but by far this has to have been our favorite!! Would see it again and know we would all enjoy it just the same!! Thank you for making it available in our area also.
It was amazing to see all of the princesses we grew up with in live versions. Disney just needs to work on adding a black princess to the group and it would be complete. Most of the characters our kids have never seen or heard but are now interested in seeing the movies....
My daughter was mesmerized from the very beginning and the entire experience captivated her from start to finish. I would highly recommend the show to anyone with young children.
