Disney On Ice is intended for a general audience. All guests ages two and up are required to have a ticket. Children under two are admitted free provided they sit on a parent or guardian’s lap. Some arenas may require all guests, regardless of age, to have a ticket. Please check with your local venue for exact details.
Disney On Ice events are casual and family-oriented. Guests may dress as their favorite character but not pose for pictures or sign autographs for other guests. Costumes and costume masks may not be worn by guests 14 years and up.

It was very entertaining even for us as adults. We got the tickets for our great granddaughter. She loved the show, and had so much fun. The only part she didnt care for tge beginning with the people talking. She said they were too loud, but after that she loved it. She is 3 1/2. Thank you
If you are looking for a little Disney magic when a park visit isn’t quite in the cards yet this is the event for you. Definitely brings the Disney magic right to your city. Incredible performances, great music, you won’t regret a front row seat. The skating is absolutely beautiful, stunts are incredible, talented actors host the show. Bring your family or your partner or whoever you Disney with!!! So much fun!
The show was amazing!!! They were all great I'll be going every year!!!
It was fun watching the kids having a good time. The sound was to loud, it made for not good clarity to understand what the the tour guides were saying. The special effects were good. There was more arises than skating. I was disappointed with that. Wish we could have seen more of the princesses than just at the finale.
Worst Disney on ice I have ever experienced. they should have specified in the email that they were going to be separating families into different lines, one for diaper bag, one for hand bags, and one with no bags. Lost half and hour of the show because we had to find each other again after being put into separate lines. Should have been a spectacular experience for my children but instead I had a lot of cries, frustration, and stress and waste of money. All due to how unorganized, unprofessional, mayhem this organization was. A lot of chaos. I’m trying to be as diplomatic as possible about this experience and you asked me for my honesty, well this is it.

Disney On Ice has been Dad and Daughter Tradition for 14 years. Disney has always been wonderful time experiencing short renditions of Disney's catalogue.
My 1 year old sat through it the entire time loved it my daughter also loved it we had a fun experience and try to go every year!
The show was amazing, my daughter had a blast and was in a trance watching all of the characters. However, the lines to enter the arena were not well planned out. There was 1 line for diaper bags at an event that was geared toward children and families. As the space holding the event you have to anticipate that most of the people coming will have a diaper bag, we actually missed the first 15 minutes of the show because we were in line, even after arriving early to get in line.
This year's Disney on Ice was better than last year. A big difference; I really enjoyed it and plan to go next year. Thank you.
Fantastic skating with a more than heavy dose of Disney-channel-esque cheesiness. I enjoyed the skating but would have enjoyed seeing more skating and less "road trip". The two tour guides who came out at the beginning played their parts well, but the parts as written were really annoying. The show was well done. Enjoyed the effects, at times they seemed overkill but generally good.
The show was amazing. We were up in the upper bowl seats and I would never buy seats up there again. It was very confusing for my 2 and 4 year old to watch the screen they were looking at the ice and couldn’t tell who it was as from clear up there.
A great show was spoiled by the extremely poor sound quality. The muffled dialogue was inaudible. Such a shame as the event was wonderful in every other way.
We all had a great time. Parking was a breeze and seats were comfortable.
My little family had so much fun. My daughter was singing along and so captivated by the show.
I am not sure why everyone loves Disney on ice. But I was not very impressed by it. And one show was enough for my lifetime.
I have gone to almost every disney on ice in the past 20 years. This by far was the best one I have seen.
I took two of my daughters and some of my grandkids to this production. It has been 4 years since we have gone and it did not disappoint. It was so much fun listening to them sing along (actually they belted it out) with Frozen "Let It Snow! The wonder in their eyes, the choreography, the costumes ect. were magical. It was a great experience and will be a great memory in years to come.
Disney on Ice Salt Lake City was AMAZING! There were seven of us ranging from 5 to 58 in age and we were all entertained and loved it! It had been 35 years since our last one and we’ll definitely be going again soon!
