  • Let's Celebrate is a must for any Disney fan

by IndyDisneyGal on 12/4/09Conseco Fieldhouse - IndianapolisRating: 5 out of 5

My husband and I went and we don't have young children anymore. The show was awesome and we had so much fun watching the kids around us interact with the show. It is the closest thing to being at Disney World without making a trip to Orlando!

  • Magical Experience

    by surber01 on 12/4/09Conseco Fieldhouse - IndianapolisRating: 5 out of 5

I would reccommend Disney on Ice for everyone of all ages. They really put on a great show. My 4 year old loved it. She did get alittle scared during the Halloween part. But overall was very pleased. Thank you Disney for the magical experience.

  • Disney on Ice was fantastic!!!

by Brandeis on 12/3/09Conseco Fieldhouse - IndianapolisRating: 5 out of 5

The ice skating was wonderful, my kids, even my 14 year old was astounded by the skill of the characters! Very good show!

  • ENJOYED BY AGE 3 TO 60

by IndyMimi on 12/3/09Conseco Fieldhouse - IndianapolisRating: 4 out of 5

A family group of 6 went to this Disney on Ice program. Individual comments ranged from, "OK" to "Better than the Circus!" Disappointed not to hear more recognizable tunes and the volume of the entire show was way too loud. Would have heard and been more pleasurable at fewer decibles... with louder crescendos perhaps. Glad that the concession promotions weren't out of hand. The kids do so much better without all of the commercial gizmos creating awful distractions. A snow cone in a souvenir cup or cotton candy is just fine, thank you. The ice skating was GREAT!! Love to see this type of performance. Characters were very entertaining and clearly skilled professionals. Wouldn't it be great if the Indianapolis Symphony and Mickey entertained us w/ Fantasia tunes?!?

  • Excellent disney show for the whole family

by Jeffnotwiggle on 12/3/09IZOD Center - East RutherfordRating: 5 out of 5

A great deal of fun, many classic songs and characters presented in new fun ways. It never stopped moving or felt slow at any point. Even my 6 year old who is afraid to listen to the haunted mansion music loved the Jack Skellington/Villians part!

  • Disney Does It Again!

    by FishersMomOf4 on 12/3/09Conseco Fieldhouse - IndianapolisRating: 5 out of 5

Last night was wonderful! I haven't been to Disney On Ice in six years when we had 2 kids...now we have 4! Last night the 4 and 5 year olds witnessed their first, but soon to be yearly, Ice show and were blown away! There was fire, ice and a new Princess to boot! Do not miss it. Worth every penny! Oh, don't forget your camera like I did!

  • Many bright spots!

by diamiamama on 12/3/09Conseco Fieldhouse - IndianapolisRating: 3 out of 5

We've been to SEVERAL Disney shows, both on ice, and on stage. Of the ice shows it was not my favorite, but I was not the one that needed to be impressed! I have 2 daughters, 5 and 3. The oldest one has been to majority of the shows and my youngest has only had the experience twice. The girls dressed up in costumes and bought souveniers. (The cheapest ones because they were expensive.) My youngest was a little nervous during the Halloween portion, but it was tastefully done... A few times in the show, I got goosebumps myself, so I can imagine what a little one would feel! Disney, you never disappoint!

  • Good show.... but last year was better!

    by Emma31905 on 12/3/09Conseco Fieldhouse - IndianapolisRating: 4 out of 5

We really enjoyed the show, but the scenes were a little more exciting last year!

  • Magical Family Evening!

    by FunMom0324 on 12/3/09Conseco Fieldhouse - IndianapolisRating: 5 out of 5

Our rink-side seats gave us incredible close-ups to all of our favorite characters. Our girls, 4 & 7, were thrilled to see so many favorites - even the villains! Thanks for a wonderful show!!

  • Deja Vu on Let's Celebrate

by qbnchick on 12/3/09Conseco Fieldhouse - IndianapolisRating: 3 out of 5

While I recognize that you have lots of characters that will participate in some/most of your shows, I thought this one emphasized the princesses too much so that I almost felt I was back at the Princesses on Ice show that I also attended. It was a little heavy on Toy Story too but since I didn't see that show, I didn't mind it as much. So, basically it felt lopsided.

We have attended the last 5-6 Disney on Ice shows and this was one of my favorites. It had a great mix and my children loved it too.

  • Disney on Ice Presents Let's Celebrate

    by SLT70 on 12/3/09Conseco Fieldhouse - IndianapolisRating: 5 out of 5

The show was fabulous. My 9-year old twin boys really liked it and my three year old daughter was mesmerized the entire show. She sat still and watched it. My eight year old niece loved it also.

  • Disney on Ice was amazing!!

    by ProudMama11 on 12/3/09Conseco Fieldhouse - IndianapolisRating: 5 out of 5

Disney on Ice was a fabulous production! My children, ages 4 1/2 and 2 1/4 were mesmerized! They had a lot of the favorite characters and there was a ton of variety to keep everyone interested - from the UnBirthday song with the Mad Hatter (who was great!), to the Princess section, to the Villians and Halloween section. The Hawaii section where the ice was set on fire was so neat! The finale was amazing and my children went wild went the Toy Story characters came out. All in all, a very well done production that was entertaining for kids and adults. $11 for opening night tickets was a great deal!

  • Cute, but a bit disappointing

by EmmieandLucsMom on 12/3/09Conseco Fieldhouse - IndianapolisRating: 3 out of 5

I have taken my children to Disney on Ice every year for 5 years, and this performance missed the mark. The performers were great, as well as the effects; however, the story itself lacked the usual Disney "Wow" factor. There was really not much to get truly excited about.

  • Disney on Ice was Great

by summiesue on 12/3/09Conseco Fieldhouse - IndianapolisRating: 5 out of 5

Disney on Ice was great. My three grandaughters had a blast. The story plot seamed to flow through very well. THe music was great. The performers did a very well job.

not nearly as good as last year. it was way shorter. it seemed rushed and not as thought out as previous disney on ices.

  • Kaleidoscope of characters

by mousefriend on 12/3/09Conseco Fieldhouse - IndianapolisRating: 4 out of 5

Wow.....how many characters can you pack in one show? Well, I don't know the answer but Disney sure sent in the troops. What a great kaleidoscope of characters; good, evil, silly, romantic couples, and storybook families. It was kind of weird to see the Halloween celebration during the Christmas season but still it was great fun seeing so many of the "evils" party together. Each set of characters brought part of their own personal story to life on a beautiful stage of ice. Prepare to spend some money on take-home memories; a little pricey! Wonderful choreography and beautiful wardrobe. You can't get better than MICKEY!

  • show was forgettable

by disneyprob on 12/3/09Conseco Fieldhouse - IndianapolisRating: 2 out of 5

We paid highest price for seats and were seated rink side, only to view the show from the side of the stage, not impressed at all and dissapointed, could only see the back of most of the characters. The show was mostly presented in the far front center of the stage, we had a head light flashing in our face periodially, and could not even see the top of the stage to see what the back drop was. For a Disney promotion not good, we go to Disney World every year and will be there on Dec 11. for Mickeys Very Merry Christmas Party, I hope the same people are not managing that production. Sorry can't give better review.
