Disney On Ice presents Frozen & Encanto Tickets

Disney on Ice featuring Frozen and Encanto was a much needed family-time escape. Generally speaking everything went well and although the space and seating was tight, the venue was adequate. I personally had the following issues. 1. The sound was low. However, for those who may have auditory sensitivity or sensory overload...it is understood why the sound was kept at a moderate level. 2. There was an entire family sitting in our seats that refused to move until I got an usher. The usher was responsive and helpful. However, left the area before ensuring we were seated in the seats we had purchased and did not make them go to the seats they had purchased. In addition there was unnecessary comments made to my family from the other family although they were in the wrong that could have lead to confrontation and the usher nor anyone else was in site to help prevent the possible confrontation. 2. Although it the movie was not the best representation of African American culture. Once again Disney chose to omit Princess Tiana the only representation of the African continent and people of African descent from the cast of Disney Princesses. This is a common omission and a disappointment.

The skaters were phenomenal and the outfits were beautiful!

The show always comes for my youngest daughter birthday on the exact day, since last year we've been going and we're amazed, my husband and my girls love princesses fairy tales and y myself love Disney, and have the opportunity to have this experience is just amazing! Thank you Disney for this amazing experience for my family!!

I brought my 2 year old grandson and it was fabulous!!!

My children, especially my Daughter she was very excited. It was everything that we hoped for and more.

The show was great, amazing performances and very talented performers. It was a bit disappointing that some of the main characters were missing from the Encanto portion of the show, and it was VERY disappointing that there was little to no Encanto merchandise available to purchase.

The show was great everything went smooth except for the concession stands. The lines were ridiculous. I was in line 45 minutes. I left my child watching the show while I went to get her popcorn. I believe they can do a lot better specially considering the prices they charge for the items sold. The lines never stopped before after and during the show there was a long line.

Encanto was fantastic! The whole show was really well put together and the kids loved it. Well worth it. Arena was packed but easy to get in and out of. Long lines for icee.

I really enjoyed this show. In addition to focusing on Encanto and Frozen there are enough Disney celebrities to satisfy everyone. My only complaint is I thought there should be at least 1 free opportunity for people to take their own pictures for no additional cost.

a great cast, professional ice skaters, very empathetic in the choreography with the music. I really loved it. I recommend it.

It seemed like the focus was frozen and more time was spent on that although many came including us with a focus of Encanto. Most disappointing was there was no Antonio. Many of our little boys and girls, especially us of color connect with the story culturally and are thrilled to have a boy of color featured. However there was no Antonio character and my son as well as his friends we went with were asking for him and disappointed not to see him. Not sure if it’s bc Disney could t find a brown child for the role, but a man would’ve been just fine as you did for Tio Felix and the remainder of the family. Focus was more for girls and again the very important featured role of a brown boy in Disney was absent. Otherwise good show

I was expecting more from Disney. The stage and visual effects were OK at best.

It was good but not what we are so use to seeing, only two carácter? My kids they were waiting for different ones to come out . My daughter got bored because each show were to long . I hope next year they do it like they always do.

Took my 4 year old daughter to see the show, and she was captivated! My mom and I really enjoyed watching her sing along, and we loved every bit of the show too! Truly magical!

We really appreciated all the performers. All the details and songs are my kids favorite. Love it. Thank you for filling up my kids memories

This is 8th show...weve been coming every year since my daughter was 8...she is now 16 and we love it just as much every time!! YOUR NEVER TOO OLD FOR DISNEY!

Never been to Disney on ice before, but I really enjoyed this show. The performances were great and the show itself was amazing. Definitely recommend!!

The show was ok, nothing special about itt. But, the venue , the worst … I saw better sitting in the subway. The lighting was substandard, and the sound was terrible.

Loved the show! Super organized, my boy really enjoy it! Love when the disney characters came out! Amazing show, deft coming back.
