    Fantastic

    by Kat C on 9/19/22

Frozen reimagined from the original. Fun. Fast moving. Encanto was alive with beautiful color and imagery. Skaters and costumes were amazing. Loved the donkeys and the flowers numbers in Encanto! The kids reactions priceless and that’s what matters.

I have attended Disney on Ice before many times in the past. This Frozen -Encanto show was amazing. Its crazy how Disney continues to spark happiness on the children and even adults. The location was perfect and everything was on point.

    Excellent show

by Jenny on 9/18/22Watsco Center at the University of Miami - Coral Gables

Only complaint I would give is to the coral gables police department for coordinating the most unorganized parking directions ever. Other than that performance was wonderful!

Lots of fun for the family. Loved to see both movies come to life on ice. The performers were great. Fun and memorable dances and experiences for the kiddos. Fantastic costumes! And I loved the nostalgia of it all. Great show!

    Subpar

by John M on 9/15/22FLA Live Arena - Sunrise

The opening 10 minutes were a lame conversion between a man and a woman on the ice that couldn’t be understood. The LET IT GO segment from FROZEN is always a hit and didn’t disappoint as Queen Elsa is the star of DISNEY ON ICE. The 2nd hour of the show is ENCANTO and lacks identity nor does it have any blockbuster song hits unless you want to stretch it out to WE DONT TALK ABOUT BRUNO. A many times attendee OF DOI, the crowd is most pleased when the signature musical number from each Disney show is performed and the crowd reaction speaks to that truth. Missing are all those crowd favorites yet the characters who perform them do make a brief appearance in the finale only to take a bow. Very disappointing

    Fun Show

by Amanda S on 9/15/22FLA Live Arena - Sunrise

My kids and I really enjoyed the Frozen and Encanto ice show. Of course the stories are shorten to allow the show be done in the allotted time, however it is packed with lots of music and some acrobatic display. The skaters look just like the characters and the props and visual effects are professional and truely display the stories.

    Great Show

by LANC on 9/15/22FLA Live Arena - Sunrise

I’ve been going to Disney on Ice since I was a child and now I keep going with my wife to celebrate our Anniversary and it doesn’t gets old. The show was great and I like the fact that they brought out mostly all of the characters to close the show. That was pretty cool. My only suggestion is to bring something else besides Frozen. We have seen it a couple of times already or at least bring Frozen II. Encanto was great!

    Great family outing

by KiWi on 9/14/22FLA Live Arena - Sunrise

Disney on Ice featuring Frozen and Encanto was a much needed family-time escape. Generally speaking everything went well and although the space and seating was tight, the venue was adequate. I personally had the following issues. 1. The sound was low. However, for those who may have auditory sensitivity or sensory overload...it is understood why the sound was kept at a moderate level. 2. There was an entire family sitting in our seats that refused to move until I got an usher. The usher was responsive and helpful. However, left the area before ensuring we were seated in the seats we had purchased and did not make them go to the seats they had purchased. In addition there was unnecessary comments made to my family from the other family although they were in the wrong that could have lead to confrontation and the usher nor anyone else was in site to help prevent the possible confrontation. 2. Although it the movie was not the best representation of African American culture. Once again Disney chose to omit Princess Tiana the only representation of the African continent and people of African descent from the cast of Disney Princesses. This is a common omission and a disappointment.
