Nothing special about this event! Pretty good but I’ve seen better!
My kids loved it! I loved it as well! Will be taking my kids again!
Show was wonderful, but pricey with all the add ons to the ticket price, parking, food and souvenirs. I would like to continue a family tradition every year so I wish the price would be something everyone could afford and enjoy.
Seats are uncomfortably tight as far as leg room is concerned. Dealing with getting up at least a minimum of 20 times because everyone had to get up and go through our seats to exit. The show was good in content , the skaters were not anything to call home about and the stage and props were blah. Overall I can’t imagine wanting to go to this event again.
Awesome experience!!. The talent that Disney on Ice has is the best in this world. Was amazed and brought to my feet with excitement. Frozen and Encanto Disney on Ice is a definite family must see.
Couldn’t be there more than 10 min. Sound was extremely loud. It must be considered that kids are coming out of a pandemic and many are not used to such loud sounds. Also, to confirm, my iWatch sent me two notifications about the sound in that short time.
The show was amazing but parking was a nightMare. They had two attendants taking credit cards for the entire parking lot. Such a bad system. They should do parking online
My daughter that's 3 yrs and I really enjoyed this entire show from meet and greet to the show. It really was an amazing time we both had together never had a neet and greet experience and the was amazing. From the story telling of frozen till Elsa and Anna came to tell stories to the children. The shows are always amazing but this show Frozen and Encanto was the best show of them all. Loved the greeting from staff they made u feel welcome and over all Frozen us my daughters favorite of them all
My 3 and 5 year old grandkids were singing and dancing the entire show. Outstanding!
Such a great experience, the kids and adult enjoyed it!
Very creative as far as making the characters and movies come to life on ice! My daughter enjoyed it so much, and was singing along! She particularly ADORED how Isabela was handled!
We go to every Disney on Ice and this is hands down the best ever!! ENCANTO WAS INCREDIBLE!
I brought my daughter and right friends to celebrate her 8th birthday. It was spectacular!!
We absolutely enjoyed the show. It is a family oriented event where even adults can be engaged with the kiddos. We absolutely loved it!
It was a great show and my kids had a lot of fun. Very well organize overall
The skaters are incredibly talented, and the fact that there were so many characters. Music was awesome, it was truly a show stopper.
My children loved the Encanto performance. The best one yet. We had great sests. The downer was the overpriced corton candy tgat taste like it was dipped in soap and the cush ice with syrup for $20. ALL in all tge performance won me over. Just hearing my three gumballs sing all the songs to Encanto made it all better. Fun for all ages.
The show was awesome, Everything was beautiful, very organized. Everybody loves the show specially kids.
Overall I loved this event, however, people have to realize that it is a kid event and even infants attended. The volume was waaaaaaaaaay too loud for these little kiddos and they shouldn’t have to enjoy an event in headphones (Which we didn’t have by the way) so we had to leave early because it was just too much for our little ones.
Need better treatment when it's raining outside we were left out in the rain because Joe Santana who supposedly is the manager I'm not too sure but that's his name who is very rude and did not let us at least go under the overhang. Other than that the show was beautiful too bad we had to sit there wet and cold.
