The Elsa and Mirabel Character Experience is an immersive preshow music and dancing event where families can participate in games, storytelling, crafting and photo opportunities with Elsa and Mirabel.

Disney On Ice is intended for a general audience. All guests ages two and up are required to have a ticket. Children under two are admitted for free provided they sit on a parent or guardian’s lap. Some arenas may require all patrons, regardless of age, to have a ticket.

Disney On Ice events are casual and family-oriented. Guests may dress as their favorite character but not pose for pictures or sign autographs for other guests. Costumes and costume masks may not be worn by guests 14 years and up.

Not enough Encanto

It was a bit disappointing that some of the main characters were missing from the Encanto portion of the show, and it was VERY disappointing that there was little to no Encanto merchandise available to purchase.
Concession stands long lines

I left my child watching the show while I went to get her popcorn. I believe they can do a lot better specially considering the prices they charge for the items sold. The lines never stopped before after and during the show there was a long line.

My only complaint is I thought there should be at least 1 free opportunity for people to take their own pictures for no additional cost.

Disappointed with Encanto

Most disappointing was there was no Antonio. Many of our little boys and girls, especially us of color connect with the story culturally and are thrilled to have a boy of color featured. However there was no Antonio character and my son as well as his friends we went with were asking for him and disappointed not to see him. Not sure if it’s bc Disney could t find a brown child for the role, but a man would’ve been just fine as you did for Tio Felix and the remainder of the family. Focus was more for girls and again the very important featured role of a brown boy in Disney was absent. Otherwise good show
