The Elsa and Mirabel Character Experience is an immersive preshow music and dancing event where families can participate in games, storytelling, crafting and photo opportunities with Elsa and Mirabel.

Disney On Ice is intended for a general audience. All guests ages two and up are required to have a ticket. Children under two are admitted for free provided they sit on a parent or guardian’s lap. Some arenas may require all patrons, regardless of age, to have a ticket.

Disney On Ice events are casual and family-oriented. Guests may dress as their favorite character but not pose for pictures or sign autographs for other guests. Costumes and costume masks may not be worn by guests 14 years and up.

My husband and I took our granddaughters and we are so glad we did. The girls loved the show especially the music from Encanto they even got up and danced. Being a Hispanic family we can relate to it. We were surprised at the end where different princesses and other characters came out on stage, every one was up clapping.
THE SHOW WAS GREAT, BUT I ASKED A DISPUTE ABOUT THE FINAL CHARGE DUE BY THE TERRIBLE TICKET EXCHANGE PROCESS. AT THE END I PAID $308 FOR FOUR TICKETS THAT COST ORIGINALLY $30.00 EACH.
I have been to several Disney on Ice performances, but this one was the best so far! Loved it!
My family and I loved this particular Disney on Ice featuring Encanto. We also enjoyed the Frozen show but would definitely say that the Encanto part of the show was by far more colorful, vivid, and brought forth great music to go along with it. It had my daughter and the rest of our party singing along and thoroughly enjoying it.In the past we have been to other shows and all agreed this one was much better in every sense. I recommend it!
My three littles had a blast at our first Disney on Ice experience. I’m thankful for their memories from this we’ll cherish forever!
Show was amazing unfortunately we had a bad experience with the ticket center and their way of verifying them.
OMG, DON'T KNOW WHERE TO START, FIRST TIME SEEING DISNEY ON ICE, AND ALSO FOR MY GRANDDAUGHTERS LOVED IT SO MUCH, WE WANT TO GO AGAIN. PRICES ARE EXPENSIVE BUT WE HAVE TO DO IT FOR OUR KIDS...
My 5-year-old daughter really enjoyed the whole show, the presentations of the dancers on the ice rink were very nice, the only thing that I thought was that the prices of drinks and toys were a bit high, otherwise I recommend it 100%
It was a great experience for all of us. My daughter her 2 and 5 year old had a wonderful time. When i asked the 5yo what was her favorite part she said, "All The Parts", to me priceless

The show was very cute. It was extremely fun. Leaving the parking lot was extremely fast and smooth. Can we also try to sell drinks on the floor, along with the things that they already sell?
very entertaining.. not only for my daughter who's attention did not fade throughout the entire show, but also us adults were having a good time!
This show was beautiful. I do wish the cast would've performed another part of frozen since I've seen this multiple times. Maybe frozen 2 would've been nice. Encanto was absolutely stunning! We were amazed! My only huge disappointment is the lack of organization. Staff should not allow others to continue to walk in once the show begins. This causes a lot of distraction and restricts the view of the children. My family and others had to ask 2 families to sit down in the middle of the show because they kept standing up making sure they were in the right seat and moving around. This is not professional and should not be permitted as it disrupts everyone.

The show itself was beautiful. Very entertaining for the kids and the adults. The venue itself needs to improve. The food offerings were lousy. We tried the pizza the burger and the tenders. All terrible choices, poorly cooked, no flavor. Bring in your own snacks :/

The parking and distance was a little rough. However, my daughters loved the show. It was well put together and a lot of fun!

Frozen reimagined from the original. Fun. Fast moving. Encanto was alive with beautiful color and imagery. Skaters and costumes were amazing. Loved the donkeys and the flowers numbers in Encanto! The kids reactions priceless and that’s what matters.
