  • Great Show!

by Pat on 9/22/22Watsco Center at the University of Miami - Coral GablesRating: 4 out of 5

The show was beautiful, very colorful and accurate. My grandson loved that he got to see Mickey & Minnie even though the theme was about Frozen & Encanto. My negative is that the characters focused mostly on the stands at the long end of the arena, they should have alternated facing the sides as well. The acoustics weren’t all that great either. I could barely understand what they were saying. And lastly, only one women’s bathroom was open. Seriously???

Excellent and beautiful show, my little girl enjoyed it a lot

  • Front Row with a blocked view

by Blocked by Security on 9/21/22Watsco Center at the University of Miami - Coral GablesRating: 3 out of 5

We paid to have great seats and sit in the front row and then a security guard sat in our view. They were in every picture we took and literally slept on the job. Would have been better to have gotten cheaper seats that were at an angle. Floor was super slippery. Thankfully the kids still had a great time!

  • Great for the whole family

by Zoe B on 9/21/22Watsco Center at the University of Miami - Coral GablesRating: 5 out of 5

I decided to take my two granddaughters, ages 3 and 5, who were visiting from Texas. Although this was not their first show, it was the first time with me! Watching their faces light up with excitement as the performers sang and did amazing skating/dancing routines was the highlight of my year. The performances were so streamlined and entertaining that even if you have never watched the movies it was easy to understand and follow along. I loved watching performers engage with the audience. The venue was very large but felt quaint with the low lighting and ambiance. The Disney characters were so cute and engaging.

  • Magical!!!

My daughters enjoyed every minute of the show!!! Loved it!

  • Terrible

by V on 9/21/22Watsco Center at the University of Miami - Coral GablesRating: 3 out of 5

Show was beautifully ,but it should be a cut out time for people entering the show and interrupted in the middle of the show that’s bad people was so late and not everyone should pay for that

  • Beautiful... but

by Francesca on 9/21/22Watsco Center at the University of Miami - Coral GablesRating: 4 out of 5

beautiful show. except people entering the arena after the beginning time blocking the view by standing on the stairs, looking for their seats with their phone's light, people seating in the wrong seats because empty at the time of beginning show and then moved to their actual seats once the seats were claimed by the people that paid for those seats. Unpleasant.

  • To much noise and people standing around and talking.

by May-May on 9/21/22Watsco Center at the University of Miami - Coral GablesRating: 3 out of 5

Overall the show looked beautiful but to many interruptions, crying kids, people showed up late. There should be a clause 15 mins only and who in the hell thought it would be great to have bubble wands sold at the show just to make money the floors were so slippery, they were in my face the whole time parents on the phone instead of paying attention to there kids. But no worries after this experience i know you wont do anything about it. I know for sure I will never go to another Disney on Ice and I will not recommend anybody to go through what my family went through.

  • Fantastic show!!

by Nherrera on 9/21/22Watsco Center at the University of Miami - Coral GablesRating: 5 out of 5

I went to Disney on Ice in March. This was a better venue. The most important movies to my little girl at the moment so she was joyous!!

  • Love the show! Logistics need improvement.

by Am on 9/21/22Watsco Center at the University of Miami - Coral GablesRating: 5 out of 5

The show is beautiful. But the logistics were horrible. The lines to buy anything were super long, the line for the restroom was unbelievable long. There were people coming in 20 minutes after the show so were blocking the view. We had two different families that came late and their seats were already taken. it took the staff a long time to figure it out and they were standing right in-front of us so we couldn’t see the first part of the show.

  • Disney on ice

by Disney princess on 9/21/22Watsco Center at the University of Miami - Coral GablesRating: 2 out of 5

The performances were great! However the merchandise and location were awful. It’s also very overpriced. So I wasn’t happy about it and spent more than in the theme parks!

I take the family almost every year. Always a great time! The kids loved it! Great seats, magical performance, tasty concessions, and awesome merchandise! Highly recommended!

  • uncomfortable and too expensive everything

by J. B. on 9/20/22Watsco Center at the University of Miami - Coral GablesRating: 3 out of 5

When I bought the tickets I thought I would see the show from the front and it was not like that, we were on the side and we could not appreciate the show as we wanted. They lack more information when it comes to selling seats.

  • Amazing!!

by Claud on 9/20/22Watsco Center at the University of Miami - Coral GablesRating: 5 out of 5

Encanto was amazing! I have seen several Disney on Ice shows but encanto was epic. My girls were over the moon. Frozen was great too but think that they should have done the performance for frozen II not I. Have seen frozen before on other shows. Needs to be updated but love frozen.
