It was an amazing show!! We had very good seats. Would definitely recommend to everyone to see this event!! Well worth it!!
We paid for front row rank side and they had a bar in front of us which the side of the rank seats didn’t so it was a little disappointing especially when the Disney cast members picked kids and the front of the rank kids weren’t even looked at to be able to be picked to go up . The show was amazing other than that. But when u pay a lot for tickets u shouldn’t be blocked by barricades.
This made the perfect family night! We had 4 generations attending and all of us had the best time! Love making family memories! The look on my Granddaughter’s face when she saw Elsa was priceless!
IT WAS AN AWESOME EXPERIENCE. MY 6 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT!! THE LOOK ON HER FACE MADE IT ALL WORTH IT!
Growing up there were 7 kids in the household and we never had money to be buying tickets for stuff like this so when I saw the tickets for this I immediately bought tickets for my nieces and nephews! Seeing their faces light up brought tears to my eyes🫶🏼 it was a great show! I personally thought the frozen portion was better than the Encanto part but my friends we went with thought the opposite! Regardless it was a great show!
As always, we loved Disney on ice! It’s always a treat for kids and adults.
I’ve been bringing my grandkids for past 6 years or so. The show is always fantastic and the kids are mesmerized. However this years show seemed shorter than those in past years. I also wish the treats and souvenirs were more reasonably priced.
We all enjoyed the show a lot more than the 2023 show. I do think the concessions are ridiculously overpriced. 2 cotton candies =$32.00! $42.00 for a bubble wand. I ordered similar items on Amazon and gave them to the kids as we were walking in and they were just as thrilled!
My girls absolutely loved it all from the moment it started to the moment it ended! My favorite part was the end when all the different characters from other Disney movies came out.
Honestly overall the show was cute however it was annoying cuz we missed a few moments because of security moving about with actors.. i also would have liked to see more tricks on the ice.
I paid extra for row three, front and center and my three girls could barely see any of the show. I thought the seats were bleachers so the rows in front of us would be lower. All they could see were heads going by when they were skating up close to us. I had to lean back and forth to see between the people in the first two rows. Mickey ears made it worse. The floor was also slick with spilled slushies all around us. Those were cute but a disaster that I refused to buy.
It wasn't very long compared to the last one we seen everything was expensive.
Hectic getting to the venue, hectic getting to seats, performers seemed remote or maybe removed from the fans. Almost 500 spent for seats, parking, 18.00 bag of air with a couple bites of cotton candy, there were a bunch of little awe struck little girls who didn’t get what they deserved, a bunch of moms and grand moms who spent a lot for a bad taste. Arena staff were the bright spot.
The show and theatrics were good. Was disappointed how much the show had shortened compared to prior years and how fewer Disney shows they incorporated.
Such a nice production and venue for our Grandsons. Enjoyed as always, will go again!
This was an amazing show. My 4 year old was so captivated by it all that he cried happy tears. Disney does it!!! I was worried my 2 year old wouldn’t stay interested in it, but she did. Overall this was an amazing family experience that I am POSITIVE created a core memory for my son and me watching him. We also did the character experience, and I want to thank those ladies!! They received hugs from my kiddos like they were their own! Hands down recommend to ALL
Lots of excellent skaters and an exceptional story telling experience
My granddaughter and I thoroughly enjoyed the performance. She is five and was engrossed the whole time. I was shocked and disgusted with the prices on the things that were sold at the show. Totally pathetic!
Everything I expected from a Disney show. My daughter loved every minute of it. The ability to pre-order a crown was great, I just wish something would have came out before about WHERE to pick it up from, I just happened to notice one sign in the arena (after passing a couple of merchandise stands).
My daughter absolutely loved it! She had so much fun, and loved every second!
