Disney On Ice presents Frozen & Encanto transports families into the realms of two of Disney’s most popular films. Watch as Anna, Elsa, and Olaf tell the extraordinary story of sisterhood in Frozen (Act One) before Mirabel, Isabela, Luisa, and Bruno take center stage in Encanto (Act Two). The entire show features high-flying acrobatics and stunning special effects. Hosted by Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse, Frozen & Encanto showcases world-class ice skaters and elaborate costuming that brings two of Disney’s most beloved stories to life.

The Elsa and Mirabel Character Experience is an immersive preshow music and dancing event where families can participate in games, storytelling, crafting and photo opportunities with Elsa and Mirabel.

Disney On Ice is intended for a general audience. All guests ages two and up are required to have a ticket. Children under two are admitted for free provided they sit on a parent or guardian’s lap. Some arenas may require all patrons, regardless of age, to have a ticket.

Disney On Ice events are casual and family-oriented. Guests may dress as their favorite character but not pose for pictures or sign autographs for other guests. Costumes and costume masks may not be worn by guests 14 years and up.

We go to Disney on Ice whenever it is within an hour or so of our home. It is always a great show, but this year was the very best! The only improvement I would say, is to be clearer on whatever bonus before show experience is available. We were never able to find any information.
The show was amazing and they even pulled some kids to dance by the rink. My daughter was picked to be one of the kids and it made the experience even better!
Myself, my children and grandchildren absolutely loved every thing about the Disney on Ice. Every generation was in Awe.
This venue was easy to get into and out of…well set up. And the show was spectacular!!!
My two granddaughters loved it, they said it was the best day ever. My only complaint was the vendors selling the Disney merchandise prices was crazy high. To buy a light up wand and a snow cone it was $67, and I had two children to buy for. Its stuff like that, that keeps me from purchasing tickets in the first place.
This show was perfect. When it was over my granddaughter wanted to see it again, me too! We loved it. The performers were amazing. Thank you so much for coming to Bloomington, Illinois.
Took the whole family to see frozen and Encanto on ice, and it was absolutely incredible, the seats were amazing and the show was so good my 4 year old daughter just watched in excitement, I think her favorite part was when Elsa came out singing let it go, with all the snow coming down!!!
Every worker we talked to was super helpful and friendly. The performance itself was stunning! The actors are very talented and the special effects were very good!
We had a magical time at Disney On Ice. We were so surprised with the addition of some of our favorite princesses at the end! My Ariel loving daughter was THRILLED! The talent was outstanding and the show kept my daughter’s attention and kept her wondering what was going to happen next. Sven was magnificent and Isabella & Mirabel flying through the air was pure magic! My only complaint was the vendors walking up & down the aisles made it more challenging to stick to my “no” when my daughter asked for all of the different snacks they selling.
Great event! I liked the venue because it's small. The only thing was the separate vendors selling the Disney items...pretty overpriced. Overall I'd go there again for an event.
The show was very well put together and entertaining! It definitely exceeded my expectations. I took my 14 year old daughter and my 6 year old daughter and it was fun for both ages!!
We enjoyed the show. The performers were excellent. We had two littles under the age of 3 and they seemed to be a bit overwhelmed with the loud noises! Next time I will probably bring hearing protection for them. It seemed very loud the entire time. I realize you have to make sure everyone can hear, but our littles were just a little overwhelmed with the noise.
The venue was smaller than United Center of course. The cast appeared enthusiastic and fully into their work. Couple negatives: the show had been edited down to a shorter version (my daughter noticed they skipped “do you wanna build a snowman”). Also we got the front-row center seats - but in this arena the front row seats were actually set-back about 30 feet from the ice.
It was amazing. Also very expensive for souvenir. My grandkids and I enjoyed the show.
The show was amazing! I love how interactive the cast was with the audience. They truly made this a magical experience. Also the parking lot crew, specifically Javon, were extraordinary in making it a smooth entrance and exit without delays or confusion. I will be back to this event and more in the future! My daughter and I had an enjoyable and memorable experience.

The show was fantastic! My little one and preteen really enjoyed the theatrics. My only complaint would be the up charge of the concessions based on little plastic hats/toys. There should be options to get just the snacks without paying almost $20 for cotton candy. Prices were ridiculous.
Don’t recommend this to anyone else.! Don’t waste your time and money
my kids me and my nephew , niece and my mother came and it was amazing they really enjoyed their selfs and wanna do it again so we will be coming to the next show, really great job to the cast members❤️
