    Not for single parents

by GL on 5/2/22Alamodome - San Antonio

It was ridiculous to have the popcorn/ cotton candy in a separate line from the rest of the concession food. There were also no selections for drinks, at least water, in the popcorn line other then a small $18 lemonade. It was very hard to juggle both lines and made the experience stressful

    Underwhelmed

by Jess on 5/2/22Alamodome - San Antonio

I went last time it was here, mickeys search party, and it was so much better. This one had zero special effects like that one and I was disappointed. I was so excited to go because I was expecting a show like the last one but it was even close.

    Outstanding

    by Be2be2 on 5/1/22Alamodome - San Antonio

Very well done. Variety of Disney characters. Kept the attention of 4 year olds and up easily. Kept the attention of adults easily too. Only downside was many people coming in after it started and disrupting the view for all of us who made sure we were in our seats before start of show.

    Great show, venue issues

by Audra Iona on 5/1/22Alamodome - San Antonio

The show itself was great. My issues were with the venue. Upon arrival, a venue staffer tried to sent us away from the handicap ramp. He sent us to a security check point instead of screening us himself. Only 1 of the new elevators was operational. We had to backtrack to get to it. No one told me to check my walker. At the end of the evening, NONE of the elevators were operational. A venue staffer did escort us through staffing halls to get to a service ramp out to handicapped parking lot.

    Don’t waste your money

by Thelma Johnson on 5/1/22Alamodome - San Antonio

We purchase floor tickets (4th row) spent almost $500 on 4 tickets. Just to go with my kids and no being able to see the stage because all the floor seats are leveled so we had a bunch of adults sitting in front of us. My kids got tired of standing on the chairs so we decided to move up half way through the show. Plus they every year is the same thing, they need to change it up with cartoons that are popular now. Would not recommend getting floor tickets!!! Don’t waste your money.

Disney On Ice - San Antonio

by Mommy of 3 on 5/1/22Alamodome - San Antonio

I thought it was too fast for all the scenes to be compressed into the show time. I wish they would be more male characters, I have a little boy and at a lot of scenes he was a little bored. Another thing when selling character items outside also needs more male characters son was pretty bummed her was only able to get a Mickey Ears Crown when tons of little girl items were available.

    Disappointed

by Jannessa on 5/1/22Alamodome - San Antonio

The seating was horrible. Paid more for closer seats and we couldnt even see the show through the crowd. My niece had to stand on the folding chair to see over all the people. The staff was extremely rude. Would never attend another event at the alamodome again

    Pretty upsetting

by Jen on 5/1/22Alamodome - San Antonio

Disney on ice 2022 was pretty much the same as 2021. I also have boys and as I expected something a little different then last year, I also expected to see more Disney characters then just the princess characters

An experience for the kids and the kid in you too!

by Matt on 5/1/22Alamodome - San Antonio

Just seeing the joy and surprise on my childrens faces as they recognized characters and songs from both new and classic disney films was worth every penny.. priceless.. The show and costume and presentation was exemplary and full of excitment and music. Coco and Moana and Frozen were deffinitley crowd favorites as the entire venue could be heard singing along almost over the song track! - my family loved it and only wished Woody and Buzz and the Toy Story gang wouldve been on this show.

    Awesome show!

by Lilli on 5/1/22Alamodome - San Antonio

It was my daughter’s first time seeing a Disney On Ice show and she loved it! She sang and danced in her seat the whole time! Made my heart so happy to see her eyes light up with each and every Disney character that came out! Her favorite part was the dragon from Sleepy Beauty! She was waiting for Encanto characters to come out! Would definitely see a show of that one! :)

    Same shows and merchandise

by Marie on 5/1/22Alamodome - San Antonio

The last four years have been the same two shows, Dream Big and Search Party. The souvenir cups, buckets, hats, wands, and toys are always the same every year. Disney on Ice needs new shows and merchandise.

    Really Good!

by Nichole on 4/30/22UNO Lakefront Arena - New Orleans

The show was so much fun and the performers did a great job! The two negatives were parking which is always crazy at these events. The second this is the photo areas. The workers are very slow and the system they use is EXTREMELY slow. It took soooo long that we had to stay like 30 minutes after the show was over to get our pictures completed. But the kids had a great time and it was worth it.

    Something to do.

by Meg on 4/28/22UNO Lakefront Arena - New Orleans

it’s definitely something to do in a city that doesn’t have much for kids to keep busy. I just felt it would have more special effects, more to the production. The skaters were very talented, very beautiful, and so friendly and engaging with the kids. That was very refreshing to see. I just wish there were more wow factors, like the dragon with fire was the most wowing part and that was so good! Please add a bit more special effects to production, pleeaseee

    More solos than usual

by Bullfrog on 4/28/22Simmons Bank Arena - North Little Rock

Was inundated with merchandise. This was my 10 year and final year to go. Won't ever support Disney again with the direction the company is going.

    Show was great!

by Shell on 4/27/22UNO Lakefront Arena - New Orleans

The show was absolutely GREAT! But the prices of souvenirs and $25 for a snowball that had no flavor and ice was hard as a rock in a rinky dinky souvenir cup? Come on that was outrageous! Be prepared to drop a couple hundred bucks on food and a souvenir or two.
