Dirty Dancing in Concert Tickets

I was very surprised-partially my fault , since I didn't explore the information enough. This was just a replay of parts of the movie (which was very nice to see) with artists singing/lip synching certain songs. The best part of the entire performance was the reactions from the audience when certain scenes were up. I was also surprised that no memorabilia was available to purchase, but after seeing the performance, I can understand why. For $125 a ticket, I could have stayed home, watched the DVD, and had LOTS of popcorn!

It was ok but thought we where there to watch a play not to watch a movie and listen to some singing. It was way over priced to watch a movie I had rented the night before for 3.99. If it would have been actual characters in a play it would have been better.

Totally over sold as a performance but was really just the movie with a live band. Zero live dancing.

What a fantastic way to celebrate my mothers birthday. Huge Patrick Swayze fan was definitely impressed. Fantastic venue and stellar performances by the musicians and singers.

This was a great show. The band and singing were wonderful. The marketing could have been better, we didn’t realize the movie would be played in its entirety until we arrived (a pleasant surprise). We also were not aware of the post-movie dance party (another pleasant surprise).

This was wonderful and so much more than expected. We had the best time!

I took my wife, shes big fan. But I understand now why girls are into this movie. I was captured into the feeling. I get it now. It envelopes you into the scene and makes it feel like youre in the moment with them. Really cool. Kinda wished there were more live action role play but singers and instrumentals were on point. Would go again. I never felt that way before.. I swear.

We (and several folks around us) were all surprised that there were not actors or dancers performing. The live band played over the music in the movie. They were great, and the after-movie music was very lively. But $60 tickets are ridiculous for the actual movie to just play on a big screen.

Had a wonderful time! The cast was amazing. Loved the mini concert at the end too -nice added touch.

Didn’t realize we would be watching the movie. I thought the music was good but felt there should have been dancing added too

Rip off. Thought I was going to see a live play. Paid 70+ $ each to watch a movie I had seen multiple times.

The event could have been produced much better, the singers could have jazzed it up by dancing as well as singing. The overhead screen should have been larger.

It was a wonderful way to bring back memories. The band was awesome and the singing was spot on. Combining the live music with the visual background makes you feel the emotions from the movie. We loved it and actually made us look at another Swayze movie, "Ghost".

GREAT show! The band was fantastic, and the vocals were killer! We really enjoyed this show! Would highly recommend!!

The performance was excellent…but the bad taste I had in my mouth for Ticketmaster took away some of the allure. Yes you have a monopoly but you are merciless and greedy to those who want to enjoy a performance.

I thoroughly enjoyed the performance also my son who is Down Syndrome. He is very fond of Dirty dancing so when I got the notice I immediately bought the tickets. We stayed for the after party and he was excited

I wasn't expecting a movie, but the way they played it was very good. I loved at the end everyone got up to dance, even the old people like me:)

Excellent remaster with a talented group of live musicians! You could savor the music and enthusiasm of the band and fans! Hope, it can be extended to other iconic movies.

We thoroughly enjoyed this performance. The music was perfectly timed with the scenes in the movie and the singers were wonderful! We laughed, danced and sang along. Highly recommend!

Such a great show! Love seeing the movie along with the band! The entire band and singers were fantastic! The show was soooooo much better than I expected!
