Been following these guys since July 4th 2015. Trips to Tennessee, Georgia, South Carolina,and local in North Carolina. Amazing and talented band members. Always give a memorial performance
The band was wonderful. They really put on a great show. The pre-show experience at HOB? Not so much. The show was scheduled to start at 7:30. We weren't let in until almost 8:00, which meant standing in line outside in FL heat for over an hour. Once inside, we endured an hour of piped in music before the band finally came onstage. Also, the "bag policy" needs to be stated ON THE TICKET. We were told that if our bags were too big, we could check them for $15. Seriously?
The House of Blues made all women check their handbags-and PAY $15 to get them back!!! No joke.

The band is just a great band. Everyone always brings it. They are extremely entertaining to watch and Brian has a voice where he could be the lead singer for Journey.
Departure hasn’t been at HOB Orlando since pre-covid. They are back and stronger than ever! It’s like being at a real Journey concert! It was a packed house! They play “Feeling that way-Anytime that you want me” without a pause as it is on the original album! Their vocals and instrumentals are true to original and they are very talented performers. Lead singers voice is as good as Steve Perry was at his best! Played over 2 hours without a break!
These guys were amazing. From beginning to end one of the best shows ive ever seen. They literally had the crowd eating out of their hands. I would definitely recommend anyone who loves top quality live music to see these guys if they get a chance to.
Departure was spot on! Their energy was great. They sounded amazing! I definitely recommend this group! I’d love to see them again.

The bands were great, the Jorney lead singers voice was amazing! The venue needs more seating that's not extremely priced. Standing for a little while is okay, but for over 3 hours??? I don't understand why there can't be more folding chairs in the lower floor of the venue. There was lots of empty space in the back. The ticket prices for general admission was decently priced, but it would cost an additional $30-40 to get a chair....ridiculous.

Closest thing to seeing classic Journey in concert...lead singer sounds just line Steve Perry and the musicians are great...a must see for all Journey fans!
Never seen this band before but have been hearing good things from my friends about the. Considering I have seen the original Journey with several times with 3 different singers from Jeff Scott Soto, to Steve Augeri, to Arnel Pineda. Although nobody quite replaces Perry I did really like Steve Augeri in a close 2nd. To be honest I have been very disappointed lately with Arnel so given how half hearted I feel his vocals have become to the true journey sound it was a breath of fresh air to go see and hear this band. Their sound and energy level was very lifting and got you wanting to sing along and really immerse yourself in the songs and the moment. And for a few moments you could almost get lost back in time remembering that classic Journey sound when you first heard them as a teenager. Great job guys!!! I will be seeing you again often. So worth the night out without spending $1,000 on tickets. I'm good with the tribute!!
The lead singer has a great voice, and the guitarist sure has some moves! Sounds almost like the real thing...Really entertaining and a great date night experience as most of their songs are love songs.
Departure is an awesome Journey tribute band! They really bring out the feelings of Journey's music especially the Steve Perry era.
Departure was awesome! Great show and I love going to House of Blues in Myrtle Beach! I've been 5 times this year and every show has been well worth it!

I won't forget this night to come for a very long time. The band sounded just like Journey and kept up with the crowd the whole night. They did a nice mix of their music, and I would go again in a heartbeat. We met so many fun people that night as well. Amazing night!
