DAVE KOZ IN CONCERT:
When Dave Koz takes the stage, all is quiet as the audience intently listens to every pure note from the seasoned saxophonist. Playing both tenor and alto sax, his fingers glide across the instrument with an ease that can't be matched. Whether he's performing chart-topping hits like "Life In the Fast Lane" and "Put the Top Down" or launching into an epic solo, Koz's grace on the woodwind instrument is exceptional, full of trills, thrills, and spontaneity during his hit-filled set lists. Dave Koz returns to the stage in 2014 for his upcoming Summer Horns tour as well as a string of highly anticipated shows with Barry Manilow.
BACKGROUND SNAPSHOT:
Starting out in his high school's jazz band, Dave Koz fell in love with the saxophone early on, deciding to pursue music full time after graduating from college. He landed on tour with Bobby Caldwell not long after and served as a studio musician in the '80s before launching his breakout solo career. Since then, Koz has released 15 studio albums — eight of which have reached the Top 10 of the Billboard Jazz chart — and four No. 1 jazz singles. Not only is the nine-time Grammy nominee a sensational saxophonist, but he's also a radio personality, television host, and philanthropist, serving as a Global Ambassador for the Starlight Children's Foundation. Koz will delight fans with his smooth jazz sounds on his upcoming tour dates.

This was my first concert to see Dave Koz, his first in our area. I brought my 13 year old grandson, he loves jazz music! We both were blown away by the entire performance, hope he will return to our area, we will be there. Thank you for coming to Charleston, SC
Wonderful time at the Dave Koz and Friends Christmas Tour. Didn’t really know what to expect, but it’s truly an ensemble performance of Holiday and Christmas songs with wonderful new jazz arrangements. Many highlights to the show but overall just a warm, fun evening. Look forward to coming back to see the 25th anniversary show next year as is will now become a family holiday tradition for us.
My daughter gave me the tickets for my birthday. My face was sore after the performance from smiling the entire show. Great music and energy. I highly recommend it.
All the musicians always give it their all. Energetic and uplifting show. The variety was great and presentation perfected. There are lots of jazz musician but Brawn, Elliott, butler and Koz tops. Rebecca jade was wonderful. Loved the outfits of all.
Dave Koz’s Christmas show is an annual event for us. We loved it!
I think this was my 10th Christmas show and I traveled over two hours during the week of my move out of my home to see him. It was that important. And the night was well worth it. Talent of these 5 individuals cannot be said. They are each completely fabulous. But I am devoted to Dave Koz anc always will be. I brought neighbors who never had seen him and now they are hooked too. LOVE him and hope to find a summer horns tour ne t year.
The show was truly amazing .. incredible musicians had everyone up in their feet. I was so shocked that this wasn’t sold out .. it was one of the best concerts I’ve ever attended..

First experience seeing Jonathan Butler live! Haven’t seen Rebecca Jade since cruise in 2019 and we’re blown away by her beautiful voice. Dave, Rick, & Richard are part of our Top 5 favorites performers. We get to see the others this week❤️ Only 2 disconcerting factors in the venue: 1) you need better signs for direction to specific event since there was also a hockey game going 1) we walked all around the building from parking to find the entrance door! 2) stage lights. There are a few of the lights on the stage that I presume are to be focused on the performer (?) but hit straight into the face of this sitting in Row G, Seats 41 & 42. They primarily are aimed up & are for flashing upwards & across but periodically they remained stationary and straight out at the audience. Maybe for a specific reason, perhaps not, but definitely disturbing when you have photosensitivity. Thank you. It’s a lovely venue and we drove 2 hours to attend our show. The seats were very comfortable.
An unforgettable experience, top notch performers with personality and warmth! It will leave your heart overflowing with love and happiness. So funny too. Got their game down! Do not miss!!!!
It was our 4th or 5th time seeing Dave Koz and friends and this show was the best of all. All the musicians were tremendous. And Jonathon Butler’s voice was amazing.
One of the best concerts we have ever been to! Top musicians gave amazing performances. This is a not-to-be-missed holiday concert that will definitely be an annual tradition for us.

Show great, musicians fabulous, Broward efficient Ticketmaster - not so good! They had a non-obvious way of adding a discount coupon which resulted in my paying 2x as much. And when I contacted them, they said "too bad"--- very unhappy with them and negatively colored my whole experience
Dave Koz and Friends was a wonderful night of great music! The musicians were extraordinarily talented and the vocalists turned well-known holiday songs into an exciting, new experience. We will see Dave Koz whenever he returns to Fort Lauderdale.
The music was festive and uplifting. The performances were exactly what we enjoy about these great jazz musicians. Only minor inconvenience was a woman talking incessantly who prompted us to move to open seats elsewhere.
We had a great time. We’ve seen these performers together many times and are always amazed at their talent.
This was my very first time attending a show at this venue and I absolutely loved it.
