Darren Criss Tickets

Darren is such a unique performer in that his show is more than just getting on stage and singing some songs. His personality combined with his voice is unmatched. Instead of simply standing on stage and rushing through the show, he spent so much time interacting with the crowd and making sure everyone was enjoying themselves. He had us all laughing at his jokes between songs, and even gave little insights about how he made certain songs. I’ve never seen an artist on his level let the audience yell out songs and then come back and do medleys of the songs they requested with no rehearsal time in between. I also was lucky enough to score VIP for the show. His team did so much better than other VIP experiences I’ve had with other artists. Overall I’m so bummed I only got a ticket for one show on his tour, because I very much would’ve liked to see him another time this year. But that just means for future tours, I’ll know better and make sure to buy tickets for more shows. Absolutely recommend his show to anyone looking for a night of good music and a lot of laughs!

Darren was great, a fantastic singer but he talks ALOT. It caught me off guard but to be fair he did warn us. the only bad thing I have to say is multiple times we in the balcony were blinded by the stage lights to the point of looking around and almost everyone was covering their eyes and laughing because it was kind of ridiculous. other than that a super fun time.

I thought it would be more of a Christmas Spectacular and he just rambles and rambles and rambles about nothing. He also had on black sweats and a Michigan cardigan. It looked like he woke up and showed up to the thearter. Thought it was going to be a different kind of show and night.

Darren was so entertaining!! Not only is he a talented singer, he talks and explains the inspirations behind his songs. He is hilarious and a great performer!

I was so excited when I learned Darren was doing a Christmas tour, and he did not disappoint! He seemed so excited to be in Detroit. His enthusiasm was contagious! He played songs from his Christmas album and talked about how the songs had touched him. He even did a song from his StarKid days and from his time on Glee. He welcomed and even invited audience participation. The entire show was just so full of energy and joy! I loved it from beginning to end!

Went to the Detroit show. Criss always entertains, giving stories in between songs about why he chose to sing those ones, so if you are looking for a show with just singing, look elsewhere. Don't be afraid to participate if he asks an audience question, he welcomes it. There was some swearing, so viewer discretion is advised. Overall, we had a great time. Would reccommend for a fun Christmas performance!

It was a wonderful show even better than I expected. Darren was very energentic and really engaged the audience. He very much played to the home crowd.

The show was great. He had interaction with the crowd which felt personal. His voice is unparalleled! The band was amazing too. He gave them their spotlight too! They felt like a family! His song choices were amazing! He did songs off his Christmas album and more! He sang and played and seemed to truly enjoy performing for us! He asked for song suggestions from the crowd and put them in a medley for his encore. It was very impressive! I dragged my husband along and he really enjoyed the show! Darren is a very talented musician. We will definitely be returning!

Darren Criss entertained the crowd with an eclectic playlist of holiday music. If you were hoping to hear his rendition of the holiday favorites, this concert is not for you. Darren is an showman/entertainer, more so than he is a vocalist or musician, so the show was good; just not great, in my opinion. The one thing I truly wish he had done less of is talking. He would introduce each song with his personal connection to it; and that was OK. It was the length of time he'd take in doing so that was distracting. Had he not talked as much, the show could have been contained in a hour. ;-) Overall, it was OK.

Very entertaining show! He has a wonderful voice and is so talented. Loved the stories behind the songs. Hope this turns into an annual show!

Darren Criss is one of our most talented singers and fantastic at engaging a crowd. Whether you know him from Starkid, Glee, his solo work, or some other capacity, you will LOVE his show if you love music. I took my best friend of 9 years and have never seen her enjoy herself more.

The show was interesting and Darren is definitely a well rounded and talented artist. Just two comments: - It would be preferred to have less talking and more singing - It didn’t really feel like a Christmas show…

Darren put on a fun Christmas show! The Fisher was the perfect venue, too.

Darren Criss put on an amazing show. High energy, gorgeous vocals, and so funny. All around a great show. From now on I will be at his concert whenever he comes to town.

The show was good and different. I liked a lot of show just a few things I didn't enjoy. Glad I experienced it but will not see again.

My daughter and I decided to have a night out for the Holidays and purchased tickets to see Darren Criss at the Fisher in Detroit. Our seats were wonderful but never a bad seat at the Fisher. Mr. Criss was phenomenal. He was energetic, and such a wonderful voice. More entertaining was his stories of how he chose the songs, the history of the songs, and then of course his adaptation. Loved his choices and his encore at the end. Can't wait to purchase tickets for next year. Thank you, Mr. Criss, for adding such a nice Spirit to our Holidays this year!

I’ve seen Darren Criss in concert MANY times and he never fails to impress with his talent, joy and musicality. Darren’s “A Very Darren Crissmas” show brought all his usual elements of molding cover songs into something new and brilliant, as well as sharing his work originals to current fans and audience members unfamiliar with his (brilliant) work. Between Darren’s effusive joy and phenomenal vocals (he was really ON at the Toronto show!) and his take-no-prisoners band, it was an amazing night. (Also, Darren’s between song stories are always fun and you never know what direction the tangent is going to take!) If you’re a Darren Criss fan: Go to this show! If you’re not a Darren Criss fan, you will be AFTER one of his shows…so grab your tickets!

I loved how personable Darren was during the whole show. I enjoyed listening to background of the songs selected for the Christmas album. Darren is truly talented and was demonstrated this evening.
