An evening of great, no holds barred comedy. True to is show on Comedy Central with a little extra punch.
I bought tickets to the show for my husband's 35th birthday. My husband LOVES Daniel Tosh (not in that way, lol) and the show Tosh.O - he has said he is the only comedian he's ever seen who has the same sense of humor as him. Anyway, I don't always laugh at the show as much as he does, but last night's show at the Arlington was HILARIOUS! I was laughing so hard, I was shaking in my seat! My husband said it was all new material, he hadn't heard it anywhere else. It was the most politically UN-correct show you could possibly imagine, but it was so nice to be able to laugh and not take the world so seriously.:) Thanks Daniel Tosh - it was awesome!!!
My son throughly enjoyed this show as he is prime Daniel Tosh demographic: young, white, male. We both liked the first comedian but unfortunately don't remember his name. Daniel Tosh was very good as always but I do think he was having a slightly off night. Overall though we laughed a lot and had a good time.
Tosh is by far my favorite comic, his comedic style is LEGENDARY. After this show my friend and I complained about our sore faces from laughing so hard. I would have given it 5 stars, but a lot of material was the same from a show I attended last year in Raleigh. It was still hilarious, and there was enough fresh and improvisational material to make up for it. I was just hoping for a little bit more. ;)
My wife and I were already fans of Tosh's Comedy Central show and really enjoyed his special on that same station. We looked forward to seeing him live and were certainly not disappointed! His humor may not be for everyone, but we found it smart, extremely well-delivered, and, of course, hilarious. And his graciousness during the fan-meet in the lobby after the show sealed the deal for us. He's our A-list comedian. Can't wait for Tosh season 2.0!
I enjoy the Tosh.0 show on Comedy Central, so I decided to check out Daniel Tosh live. The opening comedian was kind of weak. Daniel was funny as usual. I had a good number of hard laughs at some of his jokes. There were some repeat jokes that I've seen from his comedy specials on TV. Overall, it was an enjoyable show.
The Daniel Tosh show was hysterical! Great from beginning to end. Nobody was safe from his comedy. Excellent show and I would go again if he played the next night.
I bought tickets for my boyfriend's birthday and we had so much fun! Daniel Tosh was beyond hilarious and kept us laughing the whole time. Matt Fulchiron opened up for Tosh and he was pretty funny also! He did a good job of warming up the crowd! Overall this show is well worth seeing!
Tosh is so delightfully politically incorrect! I didn't want this show to end, but alas, it did. My stomach hurt from laughing so hard - run, don't walk, to see this.
Tosh was great as always, however the following would made my experience much better. My seats were ok. I was 137 &138 FF. It was difficult to hear all of the jokes and punch lines due to lack of sound. I really wish there would have been a wide screen of some sort behind him to see his expressions while he was telling his jokes.
Very funny comedian, sort of aimless in the delivery which at times was extremely funny. Great jokes, great show, would go again.
It was a great performance! He did an amazing job connecting with the audience and I don't remember one second when I wasn't laughing!
Daniel Tosh is one of the funniest comedians out there. He is straight-forward and not afraid to make fun of people. He relates to his audience. Don't miss this one!
Excellent comedian and excellent show. Daniel Tosh is better live than he is on his tv specials and show. One of the best parts of his act is it was completely different from all of the other shows that I have watched or seen. Probably 98% of his act was new material that I had not heard which made this show that much better. I highly recommend seeing him live!
Tosh was on fire! I would recommend him to anyone I know. Total wild man! And improvisation was great. He gets better and better each time I see him (including his stand-up routines and Tosh.O on Comedy Central).
The opening act was a great warm-up for the main course! Daniel rocked it. He always jokes about how funny Danica Patrick is when she walks but he looks like a new born giraffe when hobbles around.
Tosh's show is worth every penny. Opening act was great. No one takes a joke further and funnier than Daniel Tosh. I will see his show again.
Last night my family and I went to the Meymandi Concert Hall to see Daniel Tosh. His opener, whose last name I have no idea how to spell but I'll take a crack at it... Matt Fusiru, was surprisingly enjoyable. But of course everyone was in full anticipation of Daniel Tosh. When he took the stage it was funny from the start. If you're familiar with his show Tosh.O or any of his previous stand-up on video, then you know his humour and how funny he is, and live was no exception. If you're skeptical about buying tickets for one of his events near you, I strongly advise that you get some because it was totally worth it. I fully intend to go see him again the next time he comes through because it was that good. And if you're worried about repetition of jokes that you've seen him do before, then don't because I've watched him many times on comedy central and by renting his stand-up and he has a very wide variety of jokes. I had only heard three before from last night. I was pleasantly surprised at the abundance of jokes that he had/has. He was GREAT! Go see him, seriously.
It was great. My boyfriend and I are BIG fans of Daniel Tosh and it was exciting seeing him live. We did think it was short but we'll glady go again. Will definitely keep watch for when he's in Raleigh again.
