DANA CARVEY ON TOUR:
Venerable funnyman and Saturday Night Live alum Dana Carvey is the mastermind behind some of comedy's most beloved personas, from Wayne's World's Garth Algar to SNL's Church Lady. One of the best impersonators in the business, Carvey takes aim at everyone from celebrities to past presidents in his hilarious standup act, only relenting to add off-color but hilariously insightful bits from his personal experience to the mix. Much to the delight of fans, Carvey is shamelessly devoted to pleasing his audience — each routine ends with a 15-minute Q&A where he fields questions and reprises characters from his rich comedic past. His passion was unmistakable on his 2013 tour dates, and fans can expect another priceless round of performances in 2014.
BACKGROUND SNAPSHOT:
Born in Missoula, Montana, Carvey landed some minor film roles in the early '80s before becoming a household name as part of Saturday Night Live's 1986 featured cast. Carvey played a pivotal role in boosting the show's waning popularity, becoming an audience favorite with iconic characters like Church Lady and the bodybuilder Hans of "Hans and Franz." His most famous SNL role, however, was his portrayal of Garth Algar alongside Mike Meyers in the epochal Wayne's World sketches, which spawned one of the most successful movie franchises of the '90s. Over his three decade-spanning career, Carvey has been nominated for six Emmys, cementing his place as one of comedy's modern greats.
FANS WHO BOUGHT TICKETS SAY:

"My face and stomach muscles were sore until late the next day from laughing and smiling so much! "
"Dana Carvey just gets better with time. Even our young daughter-in-law from the Philippines thought he was great! We really got our money's worth!"

I've been a fan of Dana Carvey since I was a kid. I always thought he had such an amazing talent. His impressions are dead on and his charismatic charm just lights up the room. His show was great. He engaged the audience throughout the night. Seemed surprised by all the applause and standing ovations. To me this man is a legend. So glad I went. and had a blast.. Made me laugh the entire time. Great comedian. Amazing talent!
Dana Carvey was very funny bring to life his previously hilarious characters of Geaorge Bush Sr. and Jr., Clinton, Andy Rooney, and now Obama, his parents, others. We were 10 minutes late but still the show seemed a little short.
Even after all of these years, Dana Carvey can still put on a show. Bottom line - he's funny! You want to laugh, go to the show. I just saw him on Sunday night and he performed for 75 minutes. Great show, worth the money and highly recommend seeing him!!
Unbelievable talent. Non-stop laughing. No matter what Dana talks about he makes it hysterical and unforgetable.
What a show! I laughed the whole night. Great entertainer
Very personable and catered comedy skits to the region in which he was performing; always funny!
We loved Dana Carvey and the venue of the Parker Playhouse was awesome! Carvey's improv ability really makes each show unique and he plays to his audience (thankfully ours was welcoming!)
There were 8 of us who went to see Dana Carvey & we all thought he was great. A few of us just laughed so hard are sides hurt from laughing. He was truly amazing. He interacted with the audience which showed how truly funny he is because he had to adlib as he went along. I would definitely go to another of his shows if he were in the area again. We All had a great time. Loved him!!!!!!!!!
