RFK Stadium was a disappointment and refreshments were poor. Got a hotdog that was hard and shriveled.

The night we came there were two huge groups of people banging drums and waving large flags. I'm all about some fan support and excitement, but when people are waving HUGE flags while the team is playing right in front of you and you can't even see anything because there's a huge flag blocking the entire view, I'm not sure how that's supporting the team.

Will definitely return for more games this season. Considering purchasing season tickets next year.

The game itself was well played. MLS has come a long way since the 90's in terms of developing their talent and teams. The biggest issue here is with the stadium. RFK opened in 1961. They've made some improvements but the fact remains that the stadium is 50 years old and is showing it's age. The major issue affecting the game is that the clock does not show stoppage time, so you're left to try and keep track of it yourself, while trying to watching the game.

When purchasing tickets to the game, I didnt realize there was a fun side and a not fun side. We were on the not fun side with no cheering, no flags, no crowd interaction whatsoever. Had I known that the other half of the stadium was where all the action was I would have purchased seats on that side. Trying to move seats once the game had started proved to be a disappointing venture. Needless to say, I was unhappy with my first soccer experience however, I am now aware of the fun side for next time!

had a good time, great seats, was late for kickoff due to misinformed info on metro site...its states 45 minutes from Franconia to Stadium, took 1.5 hr. But we had a great time anyway. Very helpful staff at stadium

It's was our 1st time going to MLS soccer game. The overall excitement from the crowd was great! Would definitely attend another game!

It was a great game and had a good time. Now that the world cup is going on NOW they deceide to get into soccer lol. Good to see more supporters just wish they had won to build it up.

I would suggest a family friendly seating area, we were surrounded by beer drinkers and sometime around the half, most were drunk and one soaked the lady in front of us with the contents of their cup as well as splashed us. Also my eight year old learned a new vocabulary. Even my 15 year old soccer player was ready to leave.

Love the DC United vs. Sounders game, play was quick and kids had a great time. RFK is just getting so old. I know they just approved a new soccer only facility in DC, but it will not be built soon enough.

From the tailgating to the actual game we had a blast. This is our second time going. I love how DC United does work in the community and has all the flag carriers local. The energy is high all throughout the game. I do not recommend our section. We were in 229 row 3. It was difficult to see due to the standing of the people rows and rows in front of us.

Great game night with my kids right behind the Screaming Eagles and Brava Brava!!!

I took my nephews and niece to this game and they loved it!! The whole atmosphere was perfect. Friendly staff, friendly fans, overall a very great night.

My son and I had a great time! This was our first time to a pro soccer game you could just feel the energy in the stadium! The people were nice and helpful.

After a great game away at Union it was quite disappointing see our United not secure more points at home. While it is always great to come watch our team play, despite the great scenery and superb organization of the event, not seeing our team win at home is rather upsetting.

Great family event. So exciting for adults and kids alike.

Enjoyed the match. DC played well. RFK stadium is getting worn down. Hope the DC govt will move forward with the new soccer stadium.

It was a very good experience. Easy to park, easy to find the entrance and the seats. The seats were very good located with a clear view of the field.

The accessibility was wonderful for handicapped parking and the accessible seats were perfect. We enjoyed seeing our first pro soccer game. Our only issue was being seated behind the big group of supporters/boosters. They were smoking and throwing cups of beer. Consequently, we all went home with beer on us. Bottle caps are removed when water and Gatorade are sold, presumably so they won't be thrown but security did nothing about the repeated beer throwing. Being splashed with cups full of beer wasn't appreciated. Perhaps fans not associated with this group should be seated farther away. Other than that, it was a great experience!
