About

For over four decades, the Cognizant Classic has been a mainstay on the PGA TOUR calendar and within the South Florida community. One of the world’s elite destinations takes center stage every February to showcase luxurious hospitality and a lively social scene amongst a best-in-class sports experience at PGA National Resort & Spa. While the Cognizant Classic highlights the elegance of Palm Beach County, the tournament remains a champion of philanthropy within the community as it impacts the lives of more than 100,000 children annually across more than 50 nonprofit organizations.

  • What’s dangerous about water?

by Raw Guru on 3/3/22PGA National Resort & Spa - Palm Beach GardensRating: 3 out of 5

Security checkpoint confiscated our hand collected spring water. Too dangerous to drink your own water on a golf course. So we’re forced to spend $8.00 per plastic tap water all day in the sun. Apparently cigars and lighters are ok to bring in because every dick and harry was smoking one. As you can suspect we did not enjoy this experience and will not return.

  • Crappy food & drinks

by Lou on 3/2/22PGA National Resort & Spa - Palm Beach GardensRating: 2 out of 5

Cafeteria food & majority of the hard liquor is Tito’s vodka. Not a lot of selections for hard liquor nor food. Bring food trucks options at least.

  • It was so much fun & so we’ll run.

by MC on 3/2/22PGA National Resort & Spa - Palm Beach GardensRating: 5 out of 5

It was great seeing all the talented pro’s & how they handled the difficult course. There was plenty of viewing stands & lots of areas to see the pro’s at work. Loved it!

  • Enjoyable but room for improvement

by Jimbo on 3/2/22PGA National Resort & Spa - Palm Beach GardensRating: 3 out of 5

Parking/shuttles were well run. Concessions were decent. Scoreboards especially on 18 were mediocre. Why were players coming up 18 not announced? Merch ran out well before end of play on Sunday - weird. No place to fill up personal water bottles - anti-green I guess. (I have attended a variety of other PGA Tour events by the way.)

  • sunday funday

by mike on 3/2/22PGA National Resort & Spa - Palm Beach GardensRating: 4 out of 5

We always enjoy the Honda Classic. Used to buy tbe week long pass but found that is too much so just Sunday this year. Would like to see a better field but enjoy watching the younger players. Enjoyed the additional public seating areas and entrance at the 15th tee.

  • Great time and great place to watch golf

by Pablo on 3/1/22PGA National Resort & Spa - Palm Beach GardensRating: 5 out of 5

Very good experience, great watching professional golfers do their thing. Good access to amenities and they way the tournament officials setup the stands was very impressive.

  • Very nice course but TERRIBLE parking

by DH_Arlington on 2/26/22PGA National Resort & Spa - Palm Beach GardensRating: 4 out of 5

The course is very nice but the parking situation is TERRIBLE! The is VERY little signage to direct you where to park and even when you find it, it's very disorganized. After being bused over to the course there again was no signage to direct you and there wasn't anyone there to direct people. Overall it was a great course and experience with the exception of the parking.

  • Unorganized

by Wes on 2/26/22PGA National Resort & Spa - Palm Beach GardensRating: 3 out of 5

They simply were not ready for us at the parking area in the morning-there were no signs whatsoever and it was absolutely impossible to find the parking place. After I finally got to the golf course the “easy” ticketmaster ticket would not scan and then I had to go thru a whole waiting process for them to scan me in. Add to that they did not issue any pairing sheets.
