This Cirque du Soleil composition has been touring since 2017 and seems perfected for the Ball Arena venue, including the ice and the structure. The design, choreography, and individual performances were outstanding, beautiful, and memorable.
I don't think I've ever been to a more entertaining show! We thoroughly enjoyed the stage magic, music, acrobatics & the fact that this show was on ice, watching them skate down half-pipes was absolutely spectacular! We can't wait to attend more Cirque du Soliel shows in the future & bring our grandchildren also!
Yes, it is worth it. Needed ADA assistance and Ball Arena fit the bill. Only downer to me was would have liked more aerial acts. However, the positives far outweigh the one downer
Cute but not up to the standard associated with the wow factor of the Cirque.
It was a great mixture of fun and beauty! With an amazing storyline that was easy to follow. My family had a great time and felt it was one of the best Cirque shows we’ve seen!

I was expecting more of an ice skating show with a Cirque flare…it was traditional Cirque on skates! Incredibly impressive- the quality of the skating and the traditional performances were outstanding! It definitely will not disappoint!!!

This production of Cirque Du Soleil is special because it’s all done on ice. I’m a Cirque Superfan and this one is as good as the others but all songs are done in English and the Choreography matches what you would find in a great Broadway production. I hope to see it again.
Cirque du Soleil is unique and it seldom disappoints. I took my granddaughter to Crystal for her 17th birthday and she loved it, but putting it on ice really changed the experience for me, and not in a good way. If I wanted to go to an ice show, I'd could do that, but Cirque should stick to their brand.
Cirque Du Soleil is so special to me for a myriad of reasons. I've seen so many shows and Crystal is with out a doubt my favorite. I want everyone I've ever met to see it and experience the most beautiful show on earth. I was so incredibly moved and wish I had the means to make that happen. I took my sister as a birthday present and we both had the time of our lives!! Thank you Cirque Du Soleil!! You are magic and a gift that I will forever cherish.
For a C du S show, this was the most boring, unathletic, uninteresting, disconnected mess I could not have imagined they would have produced. Dark, slow, melancholy. It was torture to try to stay awake.
Artistic, creative, brilliant! The presentation was captivating. A breath of fresh air.
I felt all they did was skate around in circles. It was boring. I will not recommend. Waste of money.
The show was great, the actors did an AMAZING job. My kids (2 & 4) were entretained the whole time (doesnt happen often), and we enjoyed every minute of it. I recommend this show 100%
What a great show. I wasn't sure what to expect and would never have gone if my wife wasn't interested in it. But, the show greatly surpassed my expectations and I'm so glad I saw it. Ironically, the first 15 minutes started out a bit dull and then...WOW!! Totally captivating display of athleticism and artistry. Some parts were pure thrilling and others were intense and emotional. These people are incredible and it was fun to get lost in their world for a couple hours.
Probably the worst show we’ve ever seen. Definitely the worst Cirque du Soleil show that we’ve seen. It was so boring, we left at intermission. We noticed others leaving when we did. We would not recommend this show to anyone. We gave it a 1, but only because there was no option to choose 0.
I’ve been to over a dozen Cirque Du Soleil shows and this was one of the best I’ve seen. There was not a single mistake and they were doing tricks on ice skates that were unbelievable. The whole show was not only full of tricks but it was emotionally evoking! It was soooo good!
Our party of 4 were rather underwhelmed . Don’t expect your usual Cirque show with thrilling acts giving way to excitement leaving us to wonder what’s next. It was the Cirque “ Ice Capades” People around us were commenting the same. Additionally the perimeter lighting affected viewing from mid level $125 a pop seats. Disappointed!
