Chicago, at first dubbed The Chicago Transit Authority, immediately stood out due to their unique, horn-driven instrumentation and top-notch songwriting, a combination that quickly found a home on free-form FM radio in the late '60s. After 45-plus years in business, Chicago's music has never left the airwaves and the band remains on tour more often than not, playing concerts in every corner of North America. With a catalog of hits including "Saturday in the Park," "Beginnings," "If You Leave Me Now," "Baby What a Big Surprise," "You're the Inspiration," and "Hard Habit To Break," fans are always eager to snap up tickets to catch one of the most successful American rock bands in history. Four members of the group's current lineup -- vocalist/guitarist/keyboardist Robert Lamm and horn section members Lee Loughnane, James Pankow and Walter Parazaider -- date back to Chicago's formation in 1967. Even today, the band isn't just about nostalgia; Chicago continues to record new singles and albums regularly.

They did a really good job. Their sound was fantastic. Played all their hits.
First time seeing Chicago live & it did not disappoint. The band is tight. Percussion, drums spectacular. The horns, OMG the brass sound. Awesome. Great graphics. Played all their hits, except “I’m a Streetplayer…”. Why don’t they play that sound. Now that’s the Jam for me. Will def catch them again. Vina Robles Amphitheater perfect night, perfect weather, full moon out and a large crowd showed up.
At the start of the show, they promised to play what fans came to hear. They did not disappoint. They played everything I wanted to hear, and they did it well! The vocals were superb. The instrumentation and arrangements were superb. These guys were polished, professional and totally entertaining. This was the best concert I’ve attended in a long time. This was money well spent and I would encourage any and all classic rock fans to make the effort to go see Chicago!
Loved the show, after all these years, they still sound great. Venu was very nice and our seats were in a very good location. The traffic from the road to get into Thunder Valley was terrible, we gave ourselves plenty of time to get there and get parked and barely got to our seats before the concert started. Overall we had a great time and look forward to a future concert at Thunder Valley
Loved, loved, loved, the show! So good! I highly recommend! If you get a chance to see Chicago, do it!
Really enjoyed it !! Loved concessions on every floor ! Beautiful venue !
Chicago concert was awesome, loved them. Bring them back!!! Great view. The VENUE needs IMPROVEMENT NOT tailored for HANDICAPPED a long walk. MORE HANDICAP spots NEEDED in garage parking. Suggestion maybe a golf cart to elevators AND PLEASE NUMBER ALL CAR SPOTS
Nice. They are so good. I like their style and songs.
Sold Out Event! Was an amazing show music was great, the Venue is top notch!
We had such a great time watching Chicago. They are amazing when it comes to playing their instruments and of course, singing their super memorable songs. All i could say is we got our money’s worth and more!
Chicago was fantastic, especially the horn section. Also, Robert Lamm, the keyboard guy who has written a lot of their songs was awesome on the Yamaha. My favorites, beginnings, does anybody really know what time it is, i'm a man, color my world. The sax player also did a great job playing the flute, what a versatile musician. Actually, the entire band was phenomenal. Would also like to compliment the Venue at Thunder Valley Casino, great acoustics, plenty of room on stage for the band to perform.
horrible. only two original members?? sounded horrible too.
One of the best shows I’ve ever seen! Great vocals, unbelievable musical talent. Awesome drummer. Great energy!
A wonderful evening full of great memories past & present
We thought Chicago played with such great energy! The singers hit all the high notes, musicians played incredibly so it sounded soooo original. Very happy to have seen them.
Chicago concert was incredible !!! Amazing performance !!! Thanks for the memories!!!
So,…I 🤩have been to most EVERY TOURING MUSICAL SHOW from ALL THE ARTISTS OF ALL TIME ⏰ from ALL OVER THE WORLD 🌎,… & IM HERE TO TELL YOU THAT,…The Band “CHICAGO” RATES IN THE TOP TEN LIST of ALL THAT TALENT🤩 No Lies👍
Excellent concert. Played hit after hit. Even though there was only one original member making the trip to Oregon, the sound was the same. Loved it.
Chicago was always one of my bucket list concerts… However, I never dreamed this would turn out to be my most favorite concert ever! I still get tears in my eyes when I think back to that concert. It brought back my childhood memories as well as my early married years. Every song brought up wonderful memories and it was a very emotional night for me! The band was beyond awesome and the crowd was dancing away!
They promised to play the songs we came to hear, and they did! Loved the songs but this is now almost completely a 3rd or 4th generation of band members. Lee (trumpet) was the only original band member present. Robert Lamm and James Pankow, prominent in the concert advertising, were not there for health reasons - hope they recover well - but their absence left a huge hole. The band just felt like they were missing some of the core DNA that has made them a great band. So I left with mixed feelings - the music "Made Me Smile"but I left a little sad and longing for the "Old Days". Guess it's time to "Really Know What Time It Is"!
