Chicago the Musical (Touring) Tickets

The movie Chicago was one of my all-time favorite musicals. It's hard to imagine a cast who could compare with the all-star Chicago movie cast. This group of actors held their own and made the entire play as enjoyable as the movie. The sets were minimal, but cleverly done; the orchestra placement was creative; the costumes were well done. The talent of the actors really stood out, especially Roxie and Billy Flynn. It was a pity that the rendition of "Cellophane" was so short. Such a strong song should have been given a bigger role, especially considering the excellent voice on stage. The only disappointment was "Mama." The actress wasn't vocally strong enough or enough of a physical presence.

IT WAS THE BEST!!! ENJOYED THE MUSIC THE ACTING AND DANCING! BUT I HATED IT WHEN MATRON MAMA MORTON WAS SOFIA VERGARA!!! :( The chracter should have been like the movie and how it is in on BROADWAY !!!!! The character was suppose to be heavy set, and Black... Sofia had a terrible accent that could have been fixed.. Talking too fast and I could not understand one line she said...

I ENJOYED THE PLAY FOR THE MOST PART BUT IT DID LEAVE ME WANTING MORE FROM IT. I EXPECTED A LOT MORE DANCING!!!

WELL, I GUESS I JUST CAN'T HELP BUT COMPARE THE STAGE PERFORMANCE TO THE MOVIE. I CAME AWAY WITH A REAL APPRECIATION FOR " CATHERINE ZATA JONES " & " RENEE ZELLWEGER " & QUEEN LATIFAH. I KNOW THEY HAD THE ADVANTAGE OF MULTIPLE TAKES FOR THE MOVIE , BUT STILL I FELT THE CHIROGRAPHY FOR THE STAGE PERFORMANCE WAS LACKING.

I enjoyed it very much - it was wonderful! Although I think the stage setting and costumes could've been a little more glamorous! I was left feeling like I got a Broadway musical on a budget (little money for stage and costumes).

chicago is awesome a great musical for all to see i will give it thumbs up!!!

I have seen Chicago in New York and Las Vegas and this show was very second rate. We walked out right after intermission. Even my daughter, who loves all things entertainment, was bored.

not the best performance. the dancers never really danced, the actress who played thelma wasn't really strong enough and was out perfgormed by roxie who was pitch perfect the spanish mama was a kittle stiff like she was going through motions rather than having fun

I think the musical was really good ,I enjoy a lot and had a wonderfull time. I recomend this musical. Sofia Vergara did a fantastic work ,and she is a good singer.

It was one of the best plays I have ever seen. Everyone should see.....

I HATED IT AND SOPHIA VERGARA HAS NO BUSINESS SHE HAS A MAJOR ACCENT DIDNT DANCE JUST STOOD THERE ................................... HORRIBLE THE GIRLS ALL SOUNDED VERY NAZZLE...... WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I WAS VERY UNHAPPY!!
