I thought it was very boring,, just wasn't my thing
The first act was all acting and no dancing. It was so boring that I saw someone doze off. Another group left at intermission. The second half was polar opposite. A lot of impressive pointe work, but it would have been more enjoyable to see more of the classic ballet in the first half even with simpler techniques.
We have attended the Chattanooga Ballet’s production of the Nutcracker for several years and it never disappoints. The dancers, orchestra and choir are always so talented and we always love the experience.
Great performance Performance was awesome First time to the nutcracker I wasn't disappointed
New family tradition with my mom, daughters and granddaughter. The ballet performance was beautiful! I do feel there needed to be more ushers to help with finding seats. That would be my only negative…. The rest, flawless!
Every year the CHA BALLET (Chattanooga) moves the bar up another notch! They have grown as a company each year, and present a truly professional performance in the leagues of Atlanta and Nashville. We are thrilled to have them at our back door! Thank you for your hard work and for inspiring us!
The sets were beautiful, the dancers were wonderful (especially the children!), and the orchestra superb. It was an enchanted evening!
The nutcracker ballet and symphony music are both wonderful! But the Memorial Auditorium is awful. The less expensive seats are too far back to be able to see anything well. The other seats are way too expensive.
This was my first time seeing the Chattanooga Ballet perform. They did an exceptional job. Each artist performed meticulously.
The staff were just wonderful, they really went above and beyond in accommodating me with the seating situation. I was in a lot of pain and they allowed me to pull a chair from the lobby to sit in so I could enjoy the ballet. Thank you all so much for making my experience more than I could have imagined.
