Buffalo Bills Team History
The Buffalo Bills became the seventh team to join the American Football League when Ralph C. Wilson was awarded the franchise in 1959. In 1964 and 1965, the Bills won the AFC Championship, and then-Head Coach Lou Saban was named AFL Coach of the Year for both seasons. After Marv Levy took over as Head Coach in 1986, the Bills won five AFC championships and made four consecutive Super Bowl appearances from 1990–1993. To date, the Bills are the only team to play in four consecutive Super Bowl games.
Since hiring Head Coach Sean McDermott in January 2017, the Bills have made five playoff appearances. In 2022, the Bills made playoff history in a game against the Patriots when they became the first team in the Super Bowl era to score a touchdown on each of its first seven drives of a playoff game.

Buffalo Bills at Highmark Stadium
Since opening in 1973, Highmark Stadium, located in Orchard Park, New York, has been the home to the Buffalo Bills. The stadium underwent several name changes; known as Ralph Wilson Stadium from 1998 to 2015, it was renamed New Era Field in 2016, then Bills Stadium in 2020. Following a new naming rights deal in 2021, its official name is now Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield Stadium.
A visit to Highmark Stadium for a Buffalo Bills game is sure to be a loud and high-energy experience, as the team’s fanbase, the Bills Mafia, is arguably the most loyal in the NFL. The group got its start in November 2010 following the upset from a dropped pass by receiver Stevie Johnson that could have resulted in a game-winning touchdown. The hashtag #BillsMafia caught wind on Twitter, and since then the group has been known for their tailgating antics and game-day attire and energy.

There was amazing atmosphere electrifying and unifying all people in the stadium. I have never seen so many people together so much being happy just seeing, cheering and supporting their favorite team. It was my first experience to visit Buffalo Bills home game, but not the last for sure. I already bought a ticket for the game Bills vs. Cowboys on December 17. Go Bills. Bills Mafia is amazing.
I treated my son, who is in university, to Thursday night football in Buffalo, for his hard work. We had an awesome experience from tailgating to game time. The fans are incredible. We definitely are planning to see a Bill’s game hopefully once a year, though it is expensive for us Canadians with the exchange!

Well, the game as always was amazing to watch, the Mafia make the experience so much better. The light up wrist bands were so fun and made the night game so much brighter.
This trip was on my bucket list. As a Breast Cancer survivor this was top on my list of experiences that I must have. It surpassed all expectations. The fans are the best. They cheer the loudest and Sing the proudest. Josh Allen was on target. Thank you JOSH! The Bill’s beat Miami. Stefan Diggs 3 touchdowns. Way To Go! Defense was second to none! Thank you guys for a day I will always remember!
This was an exciting game with an enthusiastic crowd dealing out a deafening atmosphere! Go Bills! Squished the fish in style. Perfect passing rating by Josh Allen and a hat trick of TD receptions by Stefan Diggs! What more could you ask for?
The game was amazing !!! The seats not worth the money. We flew in from NYC for the game with two children. There was no difference between the family zone and a reg section. You still boil in the sun the kids still can’t see the field because of the adults standing the whole time the section was full of drunk loud obnoxious people. The only give away was a flimsy paper sign. I could of sat in better section for half the price.
It was a good experience in great weather. We really appreciate going to a football game in warm weather.

We ALL had an amazing time! It was the first time dealing with the new parking suitation and I thought that y’all did the best that you could. The staff were all completely cordial and accommodating. We asked a zillion questions about the stadium and seating and they showed the patience of a saint! I can’t wait for the next game!!

The training camp had a shuttle to take you to the field, and SJF College had excellent facilities and seating. My only disappointment was the lack of players for autographs, unless you were "VIP", a corporate partner, or walked on the field by the owner. My kids were sad that only select "important people"were able to get an autograph. I understand that the players are not obligated to sign autographs, and literally, everyone attending would want one, but at least make sure that the kids can get at least one. I know from personal experience when I was a kid I was able to get Andre Reed's autograph and it made me a fan for life! It would certainly do the same for the next generation of Bills Mafia. We love this team so much and fans are essential for both financial and player success. Even if every player signed 10 autographs, it would cover every fan, take around 20 mins, and create lifelong Bills fans that would span multiple generations. Go Bills!
It was easy to use. Had no problems getting the tickets for the bills practices. The personal at st john fisher university explained how to work the app and made sure it works when you go to the gate

We loved all the activities that were offered. Our only issue was the seating options. As a parents of a special needs child, there were definitely not enough seats. We found that part took away from the excitement of the whole event.
Had a great time! Took the shuttle w/o problems! Had great seats to watch the practice! Nice activities for families! The town of Pittsford is beautiful! Will def go again next year!
