The Mobile Box Office at Highmark Stadium is located in between gates 3 and 4. This location is open 4 hours prior to kickoff on gameday only. We do not accept dropped off will call. PROPER PHOTO IDENTIFICATION IS REQUIRED. Tickets will only be released to the person who purchased the tickets.

Accessible seats are available for advance purchase through Ticketmaster. Guests in need of accessible seating during a game will be accommodated in the nearest platform to their ticketed location. All Children 2 years of age and older must have a ticket. Children under the age of 2 do not need a ticket and are expected to sit on the lap of a parent or guardian during the game.
