Over the course of crafting a 29-album catalog and architecting 40 Billboard #1 singles as a keyboardist, songwriter and producer, Brian Culbertson has charted his own unique course in music. Label him jazz and he makes a funk record. Call him an R&B artist and he drops an acoustic jazz trio collection. And you'd be hard pressed to name another instrumentalist of his ilk who can mount an elaborately designed concert production that will keep him on the road for three consecutive months.
Culbertson burst onto the scene in 1994 with a chart-topping album that he recorded in his college apartment featuring keyboard-led contemporary jazz tracks. Flash forward to present day, Culbertson has been going back and listening more and more to music that inspired him as a young musician such as David Sanborn, The Brecker Bros, Chick Corea, Al Jarreau, Pat Metheny & others in the jazz fusion world.

Brian Culbertson is nothing short of a Fabulous showman. He and his band put on a show that impressed my wife and I like no other. When he played keyboard while standing in front of it without missing a beat we were blown away. Best concert I have seen in a while.
Best Concert, so far in the ATL. Brian Culberson does not disappoint. His Back Up Band is uniquely perfect for his music. Hopefully he'll come back in the Fall at the High Museum and I'll be Front Row.
It was a stunningly, beautiful and amazing concert. I loved every minute!! Brian Culberston is a phenomenal entertainer! My husband and I have attended many of his concerts. He never disappoints! We look forward to seeing Brian again when he returns to Atlanta!

Culberson is a great showman !!! I will always attend his shows when he comes to the ATL !!! I just wish he would've picked another artist to accompany him, Eric Darius was ok, but I think he could have picked better.

Each time that I have seen Brian Culbertson, he's been awesome. This past concert was electrifying! The current band is a great combination to back him. He seemed to be feeding off the energy and vibe from both the band, and the ATL crowd! Eric Darius was the best that I have ever seen him! He was on fire!! Loved, Loved, Loved It All!
We had an AWESOME time. A very good experience. I love that they start on time and are very punctual. A great experience here unlike Chastain Park, which we do NOT care for. We will return again.
This was the absolute best jazz concert I have ever experienced. I would travel far and wide to see Brian Culbertson again. He is an extremely talented / gifted musician and performer. You will definitely get your monies worth, and you will not be disappointed by any means.
With Brian, the great music is expected. But it's "the show"that makes it extra special. It's his passion and his energy that makes him one of the top performers. Catching him at a top tier venue like the Mable House Ampitheater made it that much better.
From the opening till the end, it was non-stop excitement. Great show. Hated that it had to end

What a fun and amazing night seeing Eric Darius and Brian Culbertson. Both put on great show and got the audience up on their feet. I loved it when Eric came into the audience to jam. Parking was a bit of a hot mess though.
