This band was amazing. Their musicianship was incredible and the vocals were better than the real Grateful Dead. The song selection was well done and their energy was fun! You could feel the good vibes between them -- and among the crowd. Just great.
Lots of fun. But the real kicker is they play the music very well. Much better than expected. Had a great time! Come back to Philly soon!
We finally got to see this band after a Dead and Company how in Vegas. This is important because after seeing Dead and Company, and dancing crazy for three and a half hours, we were pretty tired. Yet, the buzz on the floor was that,Bertha, this wonderful band of Nashville musicians was the real deal and they were a must see at the after hours party at the Brooklyn Bowl. So, we trudged down there. I am so glad we listened to folks. Bertha brought the energy and had the packed house moving. I'm talking spin dancers in the back of the venue moving. They were fun, funny, spot on musically, and incredibly passionate about what they were doing. The details in their vocal harmonies were awe inspiring. They are a ridiculously talented group of players. Do not hesitate to see them!!
Loved Bertha and loved the Brooklyn Bowl!! They are a bunch of great musicians and vocalists… so unexpected and fun! I would definitely go see them again any chance I have.

If you love all things Grateful Dead then you MUST go see Bertha. This is a high-energy Grateful Dead cover band that just makes you want to dance. The band members costumes are beautiful but it's really their musicianship that stands out above everything. Go see them - you will not regret it!
