BK is back and he's not the same. Who could be after the heartbreak he's endured since the sudden passing of his 16-year old son. Instead of hiding away, the beloved indie-rocker is walking through the fire of grief with intention and purpose. This unimaginable journey has led him to his seventh album, Cover The Mirrors, and the accompanying tour which begins on April 15th.
"Music has been my savior throughout my life but never before has it saved me as much as it has this past year. My upcoming album, Cover The Mirrors, is a deep dive into my new reality. It's a collage of my good days and my bad days, my highest highs and my lowest of lows. It's the most personal, emotionally raw project I've ever worked on."
Kweller has been an open book throughout his illustrious career. His songs hold a nostalgic quality that takes you to a time and a place, happy or sad. He's also one of the rare few who can translate his recordings into captivating concerts that keep his fans coming back again and again. If you've never seen BK live before, the Cover The Mirrors Tour is sure to be his most heartfelt and joyous live show yet. This is a chance for old and new fans to come together and witness one of the great songwriters at his creative peak.

An amazing 3 hour experience! From the opener Robert Ellis to the Dorian music/videos tribute to Ben’s epic show, we absolutely loved it. Ben’s talents and love for his music and everyone around him poured out to the crowd. Scoot Inn was the perfect venue to host such a touching evening of incredible music!
We had a party of 6 out for the show and we loved every moment! We've been fans since the sha sha album, so we were singing along for every song. Thank you for helping us make special memories as a family.
Ben Kweller always delivers a great show and this time was no exception. I see him every time he comes to Dallas. I am 67 now and it is well worth sneaking out of the rest home to attend. Ben is extremely talented and fan friendly. He always has some great new songs as well as his classic standards. He is more than a recording artist. He is a true entertainer.
Wife says it's her favorite concert ever and it's in my top five. We've been to countless concerts over the years. Ben was engaged with the audience and played his heart out. Great venue. Intimate yet lively, with good acoustics. Wish I could go again tomorrow and see the same concert.
At first I thought it weird, Ellis opening for an act I did not know, but I soon realized Ben is the real deal. Every song catchy as hell. Robert Ellis played keys, rhythm, sang backup,, and occasional incredible blazing leads on his Tele. The combined 4-piece band sounded so full and essentially like an arena rock show, but way more intimate and personal. Ben's vocal and playing style feels like Weezer-meets-Wilco. Would love to see this band combo take off to a new level...
Saw Ben Kweller at White Oak Music Hall in Houston and it was awesome. It was his Zev tribute tour. The crowd was small enough for us to talk to him on stage. You felt like family being there as he shared so much of his life with us and what he is going through. He’s such a great person. It was so much a good time.
I’ve been listening to Ben Kweller for over a decade. His music has been so much of the soundtrack to my and my family’s life. To finally get to see him live, and in such a fun, personal setting like Masquerade, was a dream come true! Thanks for coming to Atlanta, Ben! Such a treat!
This venue was smaller than I expected. But this allowed for a very intimate show. Ben rocked out and provided the best show. I would go back to this venue again.
Great venue!! Love Ben kweller! Keep coming back! Hope to see him again soon
I've seen BK live dozens of times, many shows have been at The Bowery Ballroom (Ben Kweller loves the venue). I think this is the first time I've ever seen BK perform in a trio and without a keyboard or an acoustic guitar. He played his well-traveled Gibson SG guitar for the entire concert. Also, there's a new bassist and I wasn't sure whether or not BK's regular drummer, Mark Stepro, was the drummer or if it was someone else. Anyway, BK's trio format at this show was pretty freakin' hot. The song "Gossip" — my favorite tune off of GO FLY A KITE — was performed in the electric trio style and that really changed the song into a bluesy give-and-take affair. The entire evening was great.
I had a great time at the show, but I wish it had started an hour earlier considering it was a weeknight event. I wasn't able to stay for BK's second set because I had to catch the last bus back to NJ. Otherwise, it was fun. BK has great stage presence and knows how to connect with the audience.
Big BK fan for 13+ years. Excellent show with amazing energy and fantastic tunes. Venue staff are very accommodating and helped me find a seat upstairs as I have an injury and can't stand for a long time. Really memorable show.
Awesome show! I wish I could give more stars. BK was in stellar form.
To be brief, very brief, it was pretty much the best show I've ever been to in my life. Each band got increasingly better than the last!
BK always puts on a great show!! SO much fun and I wouldn't miss the next one!
Wonderful show! Great music and great performance.
The best show I have ever been to. Period. I would recommend it to anyone.
Sleepr Agent was a great lead in and BK was really on!
Ben Kweller puts on an excellent show with or without a band!
