Best Bearracuda that I've attended, Great DJ, Entertainment, Lighting effects, and easy access to the bar. I told Matt Bearracuda howmuch my friends had been looking forward to this party and it did not disappoint.
The night was fun except towards the end when the DJ (Mateo) was just playing straight noise. I saw so many confused faces and people leaving the dance floor because you could not dance to what he was playing. Songs he played were not in the same key or didn’t go together and he didn’t drop beat on correct phrases or the right bars leaving the flow of the whole entire set off. Bearracuda needs at least a rotation of DJs because Mateo has played the last 3 and he always does this and I don’t think he is a good DJ. He can’t seem to hold a crowd and I will not be going to anymore Bearracuda events if he is the DJ.
It was too hot too crowded and no smoking area. I think it's so stupid to have such a large popular event especially for pride in such a tiny venue Whoever decided summit was big enough made a terrible choice
I can listen to a radio station for free if I wanna hear hits of the 90s all night.
The crows are always amazing. High energy event and great employees. Very fast at the bar.
Hours to check your clothes? Very disorganized and a mess. They had no clue what they were doing. They had 10 people working there and all were clueless. Wastes 90 min waiting for cost check
The venue is great and plenty of security for being down in LoDo, Denver and great acoustics, but having one person working the clothes check and requiring each person to fill out a form at clothes check is unacceptable. If I had stayed in line I would have been there the entire night waiting. This is an event where guys take off all their clothes, this needs to be fixed if you plan on hosting this event again or I’ll recommend people don’t go.
Paul Goodyear was an incredible DJ. He made that entire night
The light show was fenomenal. The Summit is by far one of my favorite venues. I wish they would do this event every time at the Summit.
The coat check was a complete failure so the size of venue and expected numbers. Waisted a lot of time.
The place was packed, it was a lot of fun, good music, gogo dancers, friends, new friends, it was a great time! Definitely recommend this event.
Great time. Well organized. Nice venue. But you go to dance and for the music in the end and it was not great. I don’t know all the right words; house, trance or whatever. But this DJ felt more like a wedding Dj that out songs to a faster beat.
