Widely acknowledged as one of the best live acts on the planet, BNL has hosted a cruise, had their own Ben & Jerry’s ice cream flavor, and participated in the first-ever “space-to-earth musical collaboration” with astronaut  Chris  Hadfield. To date, BNL has amassed eight JUNO  Awards, garnered two GRAMMY nominations and was inducted into the Canadian Music Hall of Fame. BNL’s 18th studio album, In Flight, was released in 2023 and features 14 brand new studio recordings. It’s available everywhere you stream music.

by bryhammy on 5/13/10DeVos Performance Hall - Grand RapidsRating: 4 out of 5

Great show! Good to hear them performing back in Grand Rapids. Great atmosphere. Lots of good songs from the older ones to their new stuff. Very upbeat and high energy show!

  • Good Show

by SurrenderMonkee on 5/13/10DeVos Performance Hall - Grand RapidsRating: 4 out of 5

These dudes are excellent musicians and very funny. Played most of old favorites and a lot of not-quite-as-popular songs.

  • BNL was great!

    by bsharp2010 on 5/13/10Palace Theatre Columbus - ColumbusRating: 4 out of 5

I wasn't sure if I would enjoy it as much with Steven Page gone, but it was wonderful still. The group has great creative minds and amazing musical skills. You can tell they are having a great time up on stage and it translates to the audience. Great show. And opening act was also a wonderful surprise. Ingrid Michaelson had a great voice, fun wit and easygoing manner. Overall an enjoyable night.

  • Even without Paige, BNL rocked!

    by Felicia722 on 5/13/10Palace Theatre Columbus - ColumbusRating: 5 out of 5

My boyfriend is a long time BNL fan, I myself have always liked them, but was never super into them like he was. I bought him these tickets and we were both a little nervous...BNL without Steven Paige???? Is that even POSSIBLE?!?!? But the show was amazing, the guys were great, and I am really glad that we ended up going. For anyone who likes even 1-2 BNL songs, I suggest checking out their newest CD, and hitting up a show if you can!

  • Barenaked Ladies rocked

by hadleyGR on 5/13/10DeVos Performance Hall - Grand RapidsRating: 4 out of 5

I have seen them live at least six times and BNL did not disappoint! Very energetic, fun, personal, funny show. All the faves, plus the new material. I would go again tonight if they were playing.

  • Barenaked Ladies Rock Devo's Hall

by bnlfan3200 on 5/13/10DeVos Performance Hall - Grand RapidsRating: 5 out of 5

They played a completely amazing concert. It's not one I'll forget anytime soon and if they should happen to come this way again I'll be in line for tickets. If you are a fan of BNL then you HAVE to see them play live. This was everything a live show should be.

  • BNL are a lot of fun

by Anonymous on 5/13/10DeVos Performance Hall - Grand RapidsRating: 5 out of 5

Don't hesitate to go, loved the show. These guys have a lot of fun on stage.

  • by Anonymous on 5/13/10DeVos Performance Hall - Grand RapidsRating: 5 out of 5

Great show as always....can't wait to see them again

  • BNL was as good as ever!

by HollyKoz on 5/13/10DeVos Performance Hall - Grand RapidsRating: 4 out of 5

I was a little leery about seeing them with the changes that had occurred, wondered if they'd still be as fun, as good... I wasted my worrying because they were great, voices were awesome, energy was great and loved how Ed talks to the audience. Great show, hope to go see them again soon!

  • BNL was amazing as always

by YpsiSteve on 5/13/10DeVos Performance Hall - Grand RapidsRating: 5 out of 5

This was my 51st BNL show, and they continue their strong performances in support of All In Good Time.

  • by Anonymous on 5/13/10DeVos Performance Hall - Grand RapidsRating: 3 out of 5

It was good. Not great. Had second row seats, but nothing special .

  • BNL in Devo's Hall (Ed's joke)

by graphian on 5/13/10DeVos Performance Hall - Grand RapidsRating: 5 out of 5

I have seen BNL at least 8 times and this was one of the best performances I have seen from them. The energy was great and despite the lineup changes, the songs were great. They seemed to have a little extra edge to them and it really brought the old songs to life. On the "Steve" songs, I was expecting them to sound odd, but Ed and Kevin did a really good job with them. "4 Seconds" was amazing as was "You Run Away." Great job guys, can't wait to see you again. The small crowd was disappointing, 1400 or so, but they definitely got their money's worth! Ed talked about his love of GR and felt a little slighted by the fact that they named the facility after DEVO.

  • Fab 4 Ladies----not missing a thing!

by lillycat on 5/13/10DeVos Performance Hall - Grand RapidsRating: 5 out of 5

Great show at Devos Hall in GR, MI. The show was so entertaining, worth every penny of ticket---felt I got a deal after seeing the show! These guys work the stage and really show the bond/chemistry of the group as it is now. Liked seeing the talent of each member. Saw BNL at Van Andel 4-5 yrs ago and this was so much better! Mix of old and new BNL songs

  • Always high energy and entertaining!!!

by Suzzzzz on 5/13/10Palace Theatre Columbus - ColumbusRating: 5 out of 5

BNL is always awesome! They have really pulled it together after losing their lead singer, too. I love them a lot!

  • Great show but something was missing without Page

by Anonymous on 5/13/10Tropicana Showroom - Atlantic CityRating: 4 out of 5

Played a bunch of the "classics" like "Old Apartment", but when it came time to play $1M, just wasn't the same without Steven Page. There were some songs that my husband and I just looked at each other and went, "Huh?" They seemed a little slow for a concert. But overall, BNL had a great mix of songs and "tomfoolery". Highlights included Ed describing running on the boardwalk in AC and their tribute to the boy bands with their coregraphy. Still...Page was very missed!

  • Not the same without Steven Page

by Anonymous on 5/13/10Palace Theatre Columbus - ColumbusRating: 3 out of 5

I LOVE BNL and have seen them many times. This tour is just not the same however. It is not the same without Steven Page. He was an integral part of both the music and the stage show. The energy level and song quality was lacking. Ingrid Michaelson opened for BNL and this was the bright spot of the night. I didn't know anything about her and I am now a fan. She completely upstaged the main act. LOVED her!

  • Amazing

    by Ooty1 on 5/12/10Palace Theatre Columbus - ColumbusRating: 5 out of 5

BNL brought it - as usual! Loved their concert! Still dancing!

  • Used to be a fan...

by Anonymous on 5/12/10Ryman Auditorium - NashvilleRating: 1 out of 5

I guess time is catching up to me... I saw BNL at least a dozen times, more than a dozen years ago & loved every show! It was fun, high energy with a definite rock beat. Now... slow & more like a do-wap band. They sounded great, but the new songs, don't make me want to jump up and down and dance.

  • Love the Ladies!

by BNLover on 5/12/10Palace Theatre Columbus - ColumbusRating: 4 out of 5

As usual, the Ladies neer disappoint. I always leave their concerts feeling happy and energized! Overall great setlist, there was a slight lull in the middle when they did 3 slower songs all off the new CD, but they pumped up the audience in between each song with their witty humor. Keving is amazingly talented on a multitude of instruments. Opener Ingrid Michaelson was fantastic, I've never heard of her before last night but I will definitely search for her on iTunes.

  • Review of History

by MrFargo on 5/12/10Ryman Auditorium - NashvilleRating: 4 out of 5

My appreciation for a band grows when I realize how appreciative they are to be on a stage in that moment with their fans. They understood what it means to perform on The Ryman Auditorium stage and what amazing talent stood on that very stage many years before their time. In my eyes, they made history that night and rocked out....expected nothing less!! I have been and will forever be a fan of the Barenaked Ladies. Thanks guys for the great performance!!
