Amazing show and security was great

by Elvis freshly on 5/31/23Chateau Ste Michelle Winery - Woodinville

My only complaint is that there was no warning on being a non smoking event and not allowed to come back from in the venue after leaving. Would have been nice even to see something posted walking into event.

    Joe B

by Big Papa on 5/31/23Chateau Ste Michelle Winery - Woodinville

It was fabulous with the exception that Joe Bonamassa should have played the entire show.

    Fun for All

by GlennBob on 5/31/23Chateau Ste Michelle Winery - Woodinville

The venue grounds were beautiful. The bands were fantastic. Bot Joe and Kenny’s bands bring it every time we see them. And their performances were worth every bit of time and money spent. However, the facility is set up where over 75% of the audience is in lawn seating. All well and good except for those that were sitting towards the back of the venue. The stage was too low and there was no big screen for those people to watch. Other than that, the wine was great, and the crowd was friendly.

Chateau Ste Michelle Winery concerts not as good anymore

by Brad on 5/31/23Chateau Ste Michelle Winery - Woodinville

I have gone to several previous Chateau Ste Michelle Winery summer concerts but this time it was not nearly as enjoyable. There are more restrictions on what you can bring in, and the wine by the glass or bottle seems more expensive. I will have to think hard about going back again.

    Pretty darn good

by Dadeo on 5/31/23Chateau Ste Michelle Winery - Woodinville

The concert was great over overall. It even started early. The only complaint I have is that the setup time in between bands could have been a little more organized. It seemed to take a long time. Everything else about the show was great!

    Ste. Michelle

by Steve on 5/31/23Chateau Ste Michelle Winery - Woodinville

The venue was great. Getting there and parking was a travesty. No signs or email notifications about not having bus shuttles. took an hour to go the last mile for parking and it was all $30! Long lines to get in on the north end and no lines, where the buses would usually drop off concert goers, at the south end. We hoofed it to the south end on the advice of venue support staff. Two many concert goers with high chairs. This has got to stop. Long lines for wine and food. Joe was great, but not loud enough when you are sitting out in the cheap seats.

    Amazing as usual

by MJ Smitten on 5/31/23Chateau Ste Michelle Winery - Woodinville

Power packed performances from these incredible artists. To see Bobby Rush bouncing around like a 20 year old was an inspiration. Joe again proved he is the KING of the Guitar.

    Great NIght

by Rockin' Ronnie B on 5/31/23Chateau Ste Michelle Winery - Woodinville

Loved the show. The new kid Solomon who opened the show was good. Joe B was extraordinary as usual. Kenny Wayne Shepherd surprised me. My first time seeing him. My first thought after a couple of numbers was KBS should open for Joe B, but by the end of the set it was a tossup. Whatever you do, do not miss the encore, with everyone on stage - unbelievably good.

    Venue needs improvment

by Dave on 5/31/23Chateau Ste Michelle Winery - Woodinville

I have gone to many shows at the winery over the last 25 years. Most of them were sold out. This year since Live Nation took over, there was much that needed imrprovment It took 50 minuets to drive the last mile to get in. I have never seen it that bad. Upon arriving 1 hour later than planed at the pre concert social most of the food was gone The new seating was interesting. They set up a new reserved seating section on the hill behind the regular reserved section wipping out many (cheaper) GA spots. The show itself was great.

    Not enough "Blues"

by JB on 5/31/23Chateau Ste Michelle Winery - Woodinville

Show was really good, but not enough real "Blues" music. Heavy on the Rock/Base.

    Great Concert, Bad parking.

by Dissatisfied on 5/31/23Chateau Ste Michelle Winery - Woodinville

The acts were great. Paid $30 for venue parking that required a 2 mile walk round trip due to a locked gate. It sorta ruined the experience.

Artists were great…SteMichelle venue has gone downhill

by Jack on 5/31/23Chateau Ste Michelle Winery - Woodinville

Joe Bonamassa and Kenny Wayne Shepherd were great. The venue… Ste Michelle sucks now. They have expanded capacity, parking took over an hour to get in…and then it was full two cars ahead of me. The entrance lines were terribly long with minimal staff and detection scanners slowing things down. Music started at 540pm…was supposed to start at 6pm. Ste Michelle is just an overcrowded mess with terrible management.

    Fantastic Concert

by Eric on 5/31/23Chateau Ste Michelle Winery - Woodinville

I have been to hundreds of concerts, and dozens at Chateau St Michelle with many awesome artists but this Backroads Blues Festival might just have topped them all! Weather was great, venue in perfect shape, and the show was simply stunning. Truly an epic event.

    More rock than blues

by Len on 5/31/23Chateau Ste Michelle Winery - Woodinville

Expected more blues than rock. Thank god Bobby Rush appeared and play three good blues tunes.

Great, beautiful facility. Very well managed.

by R J on 5/31/23Chateau Ste Michelle Winery - Woodinville

Non-smoking! Hoo-ray!!! So many venues get full of smoke and that’s awful, but not this one. Everyone, from the parking attendants to the police to the winery staff were gracious, friendly and accommodating. Obviously the wine is wonderful and the music fabulous. We’ll be back.

First Class Concert in Every Way!

by Nancy Zuluaga on 5/31/23Chateau Ste Michelle Winery - Woodinville

5th row seats, Fabulous weather and venue. Kenny Wayne Shepard put it all together with a multi generational concert of Blues Guitarist that could not be topped! All performers were on their best game and on time. They engaged the crowd and seemed to be enjoying the evening as much as we all were. The Best Concert I have ever attended. Thank you❣️
