This was our first Atlanta Ballet and they are extremely talented very impressed.
This was also my first time at the Cobb Energy Center. It is a beautiful place. The staff is well organized & the facilities are immaculate. The view from our seats in the left mezzanine was very good as we had a bird's eye view of the orchestra. The view to see the orchestra will be good from anywhere on the mezzanine & upper levels. The choreographed dance moves by the dancers was phenomenal. I really enjoyed this show & look forward to many more.
This was our first time at the ballet. The venue was really nice and the performance was amazing. It was impressive watching the dancers perform. Will defiantly be going to another show in the future.
Atlanta Ballet was fabulous. All the dancers are wonderful and the program was diverse and interesting. A beautiful evening!
Loved the show. Great cast, started on time. Act two was a little different, but we enjoyed it.
Scene in which Carabosse was defeated by Prince is very exciting, surprising, very artistic and very good staged technologically : smoke+she was disappeared down into the earth-hole. But: Scene that Prince awakened Princess is BAD because it was too short that the girl awakes too rapidly after a short kiss_she should be given enough time to sit up from her bed and to take back her regular appearance of a healthy girl.
This ballet was amazing! It was my first ballet and I was not disappointed. The dancers were amazing and the venue was elegant.
I thought this was beautiful and very well done. I wish there was more classic style ballet, but overall it was lovely.
very easy to follow for little ones. great show. great costumes.
First time at the Cobb energy center and I was not disappointed. The moulin rouge was a beatiful ballet with funny, serious and romantic moments. Such a talented cast and crew!
Beautiful. Elegant. Emotional. Would see it again.
The performance was amazing and the performers were beautiful and graceful. The costumes were bright and colorful. I would definitely recommend this ballet to all my friends!
The players were exiting and explosive. There was never a dull moment. The them kept you on the edge of your seat.
I have always loved the arts and was so excited when I saw Moulin Rouge was coming! The props were fantastic. The musicians and dancers were AMAZING! I was so enthralled and engaged. The music and motions moved me. Without words I knew every thought. I felt every reaction. The show started promptly at 8. The ushers helped us find out seats with ease. And when we found them, people were sitting in them and the situation was handled quickly, quietly, and professionally. Wonderful show. I cannot wait to see their next production.
very interesting,good dancers,good stage/scenes/light,good music.
I took my neice to see Snow White her first ballet. She loved it!!! It was my first time in this venue and it was very nice.
This was my first Ballet and I really enjoyed it. My daughter and niece really loved it as well. I will be attending the I love Lucy in March. The seats I had was awesome.
The ballet was simply superb. Being our first experience watching a ballet, we were enthralled the whole time..will definitely come see again
It was definitely NOT what I was expecting. They should have emphasized that it was geared towards children more. It was only an hour long, 2 plain sets, average costumes and props and even the performers were young. It wasn't bad but it was NOT at all what I was expecting, especially as a Valentine's day date I was very disappointed. /:
The ballet dancers were perfectly on point with exactly the correct costumes to pull you truly into the romance of Romeo and Juliet. However, I was not impressed with the venue. Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre is beautiful and I loved the available of food, wine, and mixed drinks. However, once inside the theater, it was extremely hot. We generally don't leave during intermission; however we had to cool down and get water. Many people were asking the attendants, but their response was "It's that way for the dancers." This of course is a lie, because the lights the dancers are under are extremely hot already. We have previously attended The Nutcracker with the Atlanta Ballet at the Fox Theatre and did not have this problem. I would love to see another ballet by the Atlanta Ballet, but would seriously reconsider if it is at the Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre again.
