Didn't get a chance to attend the Q&A, but Kevin Smith always puts on a wonderful show!

The movie was great, but getting to see it with Kevin Smith, who I have long been a fan of, made for a truly special evening. He introduced the movie and then stayed after the movie to answer questions from the audience. He is exactly the person you expect, and the exception to the “don’t meet your heroes” rule.

The show was great, the venue is cool, but they had the seats way too close together in the pit & humans in America are pretty large, so it was VERY uncomfortable for a few hours, and a room full of sweaty bodies….

I have been dreaming of getting to attend a Kevin Smith Q&A for years!!! Finally lived that dream, WITH the bonus of getting to see clerks 3 in such a unique once in a life time setting the the destine too!

Kevin Smith took the stage in Portland to greet the near sold-out crowd, thanking us for attending and remarking that he almost died on his previous trip to Maine, for a snowy showing of “Jay & Silent Bob Reboot.” After a brief intro, “Clerks 3” was shown on the big screen at the State Theater, in what I would call the ultimate viewing experience. Each familiar character, landmark, or reference from the 30 year history of “View Askew” got thunderous applause or laughter from the crowd. Following the (excellent) movie, Kevin returned to the stage for over an hour to do a live Q&A session, fielding questions and telling stories about sequels, Ben Affleck, George Carlin, and more. It’s hard to say what was more entertaining, because both the movie and Kevin’s mic time both were full of hilarious and excellent storytelling. Worth every penny, and looking forward to catching additional stops on the “Convenience Tour”!

Very cool to have Kevin Smith there at the screening. He was amazing to listen to and get his take on his movie. Probably one of the best events I’ve ever attended. Would pay to see again.

Kevin Smith gave us more of his personal time on the Q&A part of the evening than he was due to which was full of in depth information with tales of Ben Affleck, Jason Mewes, Brian O'Halloran, an amazing 15 minutes packed with tales of his hero and mine - George Carlin. Kevin went over by around 45mins which eas very generous seeing as though he was then going onto meet, have pics with and hand gifts to around 80 fans who paid for the meet Kevin upgrade. Clerks 3 - well this certainly took the View-Askew-verse to new heights with emotional story elements that I don't think anyone expected. The comedy was also at new heights - a laugh out romp that treated us Clerks fans to more laughs than ever before. All this for a very reasonable price of around $35. What a treat of an evening, thank you Kevin!

Clerks 3 was absolutely amazing! It rang true and really hit home for me on somw of the events that happened in the movie. The meet & greet with Kevin himself was incredible. He is such a genuine and kind hearted person. Most meet & greets tgat I've been too have ben okay stand here pose thanks for coming but Jevin took the time to talk with me about my tattoos, my thiughts on the show and even got to talk to him a little bit about the events of the movie that hit for me. Overall, I would 1000% spend the money I did for an amazing night.

Seeing Kevin Smith is like reuniting with my younger years. The laughs, the memories, and his storytelling are second to none. I will absolutely go see him every time he comes to town.

Kevin Smith is the most personable, relatable, down-to-earth guy out there. He creates Hollywood magic and brings it gladly to the masses to enjoy. You won't regret listening as he weaves meandering tales of his life and adventures. He's a born storyteller. His work is hilarious and profound, and he himself is a shining star.

The movie was fantastic it made me laugh it made me cry and everything in between! The Q&A was amazing he stayed on stage well passed his time just to make sure everyone got what they came for! I would definitely go to another Kevin smith even in the future!!!!

The movie was great. Kevin Smith was awesome as always. The chairs they used for seating on the floor were terrible. They were painful to sit in. The air conditioner was up very high to circulate the air, but made it so cold in the building it was difficult to enjoy the show.

Kevin's Q&A's are a fan's dream! He's honest and has a great flair for telling a story and engrossing the entire room. It's not pre-prepared as all the questions come from the audience. The "Clerk" doc was great and a real treat for his fans. If you enjoy the movies I encourage you to get to one of his Q&A's you will not be disappointed.

I had already seen the movie but it really held up on a second viewing - I could see past the comedy and really appreciate the heart. Being in a theater full of die-hard fans also made the experience much more infectious. And Kevin’s Q&A after the show was the high point of the event! (I also did the photo op after and he was sooooo nice!) I had the absolute best time.

I had a great time. I really love the film. Kevin Smith gave a great performance after the film answering questions and telling us some behind the scenes information. He was jovial and worked hard to make sure everyone had a good time.
