Hairspray (Touring) Tickets

The show really dragged on. The sets were really underwhelming for a Broadway production.

Was expecting very little from a touring company especially since I saw the original broadway cast on opening day in NYC. Well I was totally gobsmacked. Nina West stole the show but that is not a disparagement of the rest of the coast. All of the cast was extraordinary with Tracy. The father, the girl friend, mother mouth….all giving outstanding performances. The rest of the cast was very strong…. Told my friends in the remaining cities to go see it…worth it!

The singing and dancing was awesome, and the show was very well done. The only thing that made me take a star off was a little over-acting. However, I understand it’s theatre and some people enjoy that kind of thing :)

My friends and I went on Mother’s Day to holly wood at Dolby theater and the show was really good all the characters were really good and the score was really goid

Entreteintment to its best. I went with my 12 years-old god daughter for her birthday and we both enjoyed it so much. Hands down Nina West took the show. Amazing work!!!

Saw the show on 5/17/23 at the gorgeous Dolby Theatre and had sooo much fun! Audience and Cast were on fire!! Shoutout performances by Nina West as Edna- Addison Garner as Velma- Sandie Glee as Motormouth, Helene Britany as Penny- and Niki Metcalf as Tracy- as well as the whole ensemble who dance and sang throughout the show!! Only one issueI had was a technical issue sound microphones crackled and seemed to go in and out at times not a performers problem but a tech one. Enjoyed the whole show and was a nice nite out!

Saw Hairspray The Musical 3x at the Dolby Theatre and it was AWESOME!!! Great performances by Nina West, (Edna) Niki Metcalf, (Tracy) and Addison Garner, (Velma) as well as a outstanding ensemble!!(boy can they dance AND sing!!! Have to single out Sandie Glee vocals as Motormouth, Nick Cortazzo’s heartthrob turn as Link, and Helene Britany the girl in green as Shelley who was so funny and could sing AND dance!! Love the Dolby who is known for sound but at some shows the mics/sound seemed to be off- not a performer problem but a technical issue?? Noticed the sound engineer on his cell phone most of the show perhaps that was the issue?? Whole show had high energy and audience participation and band was great!! Fun night out with a great show!

Everything about this show is feel good fun and makes ya wanna jump up and start dancing in the aisles! I know the movie backward and forwards and now I can honestly say I think the stage production is equally as awesome! It’s just a night of fun fun fun! Go see this show and do your heart and soul some good! You’ll leave the theater smiling and listening to the soundtrack all the way home!

I really enjoyed it. Great venue! My wife and father-in-law loved it!

Had a great night at the Dolby with a magical trip back to the 60’s- the audience was enthusiastic and at times hootin and hollerin which made it a fun nite- Nina West was fabulous as Edna Turnblad and the actor playing Wilber made me laugh!! Tracy sang like a bell, Link was a teen dream, Penny was funny with amazing comedic timing and a great voice, and Seaweed sang and swiveled his hips to perfection! The dancers were great and the Dynamites SANG!! And Motormouth brought the soul! My only critique would be the sound -tech issues perhaps??? Mics going in/out and some crackling noise aside it was a GREAT show! My family loved it!!

It was great to see “Hairspray” again! I saw the original Broadway cast years ago and the touring company is doing it justice! If you want a fun theatre experience, see “Hairspray”

Best experience I ever had. Being my first time going to a musical, and loved it. They got every spot of the movie which caught me by surprised!! Worth going.

The singing and acting were great! Amazing voices all around. It was such a fun show to watch! Would definitely love to see it again!

dude i loved it soooo much i would defiantly recommend it to anyone and see it multiple times. obviously it was a little different from the movie but still lived up to my expectations very well! 10/10!!
