Waste of money

I would rather had seen costumes versus puppeteers. This Made it more challenging to follow. My main complaint was the price. It was simply too expensive for a 50 minute show. Just when my Grandkids was getting super excited the next thing we knew was the show was over. I wanted to pay 450 dollars for a family of five but my son thought that was too much so I spent 350 instead that was way to high. I do not mind spending money on plays but I always usually feels that I got my money worth. This definitely wasn’t one of the those times.
It was just okay. I wish they included the audience more with songs/games. For the price, it was short (45minutes). It just felt like it didn't flow together.
I wouldn’t take children under 3 years old as it was too hard for our two 2 year olds to sit through. I also thought price was too high for the program. Performance was just ok. Also get seats further back as young children up front could not easily see over the seat in front of them especially an adult. Should allow food for young fussy eaters so as to keep them occupied prior to show starting or do not do show around dinner time.
It is clear to me that some of the reviewers didn't do their homework before this show. The show is advertised with the puppeteers, so you should have known that going in. (Similar to Broadways Lion King) If you did the meet and greet, it was two hours. That all being said they did a fantastic job with this being a theatrical production. Story line was spot on. Characters were well developed engaging and fun and it did hold attention of 500 3-7 year olds quit well. We enjoyed the entire production and would reccomend, for sure.
Bluey was a hit! We had so much fun dancing along! The show had a great message and was entertaining! It was just under an hour long, which is great for younger kids. We enjoyed the disco party, bubbles, and keep it up ball game! I hope Bluey comes back with a new show next year! The set changes and creations were very well put together!
The interaction with crowd was awesome with the big balloons my daughter loved it and it was fun. Something I have never seen before it was good. Loved how close they kept it like the show.
What a fun show! This was a faithful translation of Bluey to the stage. The puppets were fun and believable, the actors / puppeteers were all on point ... and the "closing credits"activities were fun for all. Also, the venue was VERY good. Comfortable seats, great views, easy to get in/out would recommend both the show and the venue!
My kids absolutely loved this show, but I must admit I think me and my husband loved it more. When the crowd got to play Keepy Uppy, that was the icing on the cake. The interaction with the crowd was awesome!
First the tickets were misleading. The times were posted from 6-8 and at 2 minutes to 7 the characters were taking their bows…the show was so lame it couldn’t hold the attention of the vast majority of the audience. The ladies on either side of me looked at each other and me, the main saying “is that it”. I drove and hour and half with my great granddaughter for a waste of time and a waste of a great deal of money. The venue needs to beef up their offerings. I use to be a season ticket holder but the last 2 years offerings have given me time to stay home, not worth half of what is charged.
The characters were hard to understand and the show was much too short for the money paid. When I complained to a staff member, they laughed and said "they knew their audience"inferring the young children would easily be bored; however, an intermission break would have been appropriate followed by more show. I will always check the length of shows in the future because paying $10 per minute for our family of 6 is not something I will ever do again!
Very impressive. By boy who NEVER sits for more than 20 minutes was mesmerized. Well done Bluey well done.
It was a cute little show. We didn’t really know what to expect but it was cute. Definitely have to use your kids imagination not to “see” the puppeteers. But was cute nevertheless.
Wish they were in costume not like a puppeteer. Just acting on stage like that my little one kept asking what are they doing behind them?
This was a sweet, fun, and energetic, active show! The puppeteers were amazing and the Bluey characters we know and love were represented very well! A lot of fun with audience participation too! The only negative is that the show was a bit short especially given the price of the tickets, but it was still worth it! And we understand some of the reasons it is a shorter show (difficult to manage the puppets for long periods of time, young children’s attention span, etc). Adults who are Bluey fans will have just as much fun as kids. One other note… we had only one announcement about the show coming to our area. If a relative had not told us about it, we would have never known! No advertisements, billboards, commercials…nothing! I did think that was a bit odd and could have brought in more people to the experience.
The show was absolutely fabulous!! Our entire family LOVED it. However, it was way too short! For the price we paid it should have been twice as long.
The show was fantastic and my son loved it. The problem was online stated the show was from 6-10 and it wasn’t even an hour. They started a few minutes after 6 and ended at 7. I thought there would be more than one episode.
It was cute, there was a big interactive finish we liked. I think it needs more interactions like that to break up the hr so the kids aren't just sitting around. The sound at our venue was too much music and could barely hear the storytelling. It needed adjusted.
I took my 4 year old daughter to this play. The entire play plus some audience interaction lasted less than an hour. For the price it wasn’t worth it. I think the play portion was maybe 30 minutes, similar to an episode of Bluey. It was cute and fun, but they only did one “episode.” I know my daughter was disappointed because she wanted to watch more. I wouldn’t go again, especially since I paid full price for my daughter’s seat.
Show was 45 minutes and very pricey. LAME perfectly describes this show.
