Took my daughter to see it. Excellent show very engaging with crowd interaction. Highly recommended.
The show performance itself is 5 stars. However, the performance lasted 45 minutes plus 10 minutes of "keepy uppy". For the cost, I'm very disappointed in the run time.
My daughter enjoyed the show, especially the surprises at the end. We’ve been to multiple live shows and this one lasted for less than an hour. I’m disappointed with the timing and wished it was longer.
While the Bluey puppet show was interesting, it was so short that even my 4 yo granddaughter thought that the end of the show was just an intermission. How can you charge that much for a 45 minute show and leave everyone wanting more. As kids shows go this was a major disappointment
Bluey's Big Play started at 2:10pm and ended at 2:59pm. After spending $376 for 3 tickets this was a very disappointing performance and not worth the money. Food concessions were unacceptable and souvenir prices were outrageous. Parking was $52 for 2 and a half hours. The show should have been a lot longer especially for the kids.
There's usually a cameraman waiting alongside the backdrops for families to have their picture taken. That has been removed and I'm not sure if it's because of COVID but I'd appreciate if they brought that back. The show also started close to 15 minutes late and for toddlers that can be a lifetime so please keep that in consideration.
After paying well over $400 for 3 tickets, I was completely shocked that the show was less than one hour!!! A mediocre show at sky high prices for 52 minutes.
My two kids 2 and 4 loved this show. It was simple enough for the 2 year old to follow but deep enough to bring tears to this Mom’s eyes. If you love the tv show you will enjoy the stage adaptation. Fun for the whole family.
Bluey is a fun cartoon, we all loved the show. The show was very short, less than an hour. I would love to go back to an hour and a half show, we didn't have intermittent breaks. I took one star due to the length of the show, other than that, it was fun!
We are huge Bluey fans and we were so excited to see this show! We paid a lot of money for these tickets and it took us 2 hours to get into the city. The show was very cute and my kids enjoyed it, however, it was over in 45 minutes! No intermission, no second half, just over. I couldn’t believe it. All that time, money and effort to get to the show for the quickest performance I had ever seen. Definitely disappointing. I still gave 4 stars because the show itself was entertaining.
The translation of Bluey to the stage was expertly executed. Everything from the story to the puppets and the sets was true to the quality of the original show and a totally worthwhile experience. Having one gift shop was a terrible design, especially right in the middle of the entrance way--it was a mob scene. Also, they overstocked Socks stuffed animals and ran out of Bluey, which seemed pretty short-sighted. My only complaint about the show was there weren't enough of the balls at the end--our section didn't really get any and we were in the dead center, Section 200. Otherwise, it was great!
Fine show and well done by the cast and crew but 45 mins for the price is absolutely insane.
We really enjoyed and loved the show. I didn’t think my 17 month old twin girls would have sat through the entire show but they did. They love Bluey and it was fun to watch them live!! Thank you!!!
The show was good just very short especially for the price of tickets.
55 min show ..that started 5 min late...so 50 min show that people continued to come into well up to 20 min of show. We spent 90% of the show blocked by people finding their seats. People that showed up late literally saw a 30 min show. What a waste of time and money. The show itself was cute and if I paid $20 to see it locally I would of been happy. Bur spending much more than that, driving into Manhattan for 50 min...no thanks.
I thought that the run time was a bit short (~50 minutes), but the show was absolutely adorable. My 5 year old loved it and wanted to go back the next day.
I know kids have short attentions spans, but come on…. $250 for 55 min!?? Really weak and not worth the money. My kid loved it but was pretty dissapointed at not getting my money worth.
The venue seemed too large for the show. It was a cute concept but seemed better to watch the tv show at home. More music would have made it more enjoyable for the kids. Merch and food added an extra $120 to the night.
It was very nice had a strong meaning behind it but it was too short for the price.
No introduction to excite the children, the show “just” started. Very expensive for about a 30 minute show. The puppetry was very distracting. The ending (ball tossing) was a bit “dangerous but we survived it.
