I loved the play and my daughter loved the play but can we get bouncy balls and bubbles for the whole audience next time please.
It was a good show with a great story that my kids loved and understood. The staff at the venue were great and helpful. The one disappointing aspect to the show was at the end when the game “keepy uppy” was happening. It was only for the people in the lower bowl and the people in the second and third balconies had to watch. It was also not clearly identified that the people in the second and third balconies couldn’t to the main level to participate.
This was amazing! All of us had a great time and I was awesome to see the kids so happy and excited. There were great interactive parts and everyone was having a great time. I would 100% go back and hope the show will come around again!
The puppeteers did a fantastic job. We all really enjoyed the show, my 4 &6 year old loved it, but it could’ve been a bit longer. Merchandise was more expensive than I was expecting, $70cad for a Bluey ears handband & a light up wand
It was cute and the story was nice. However, I expected a little bit more on top of the plot performance. I found the show a bit too short for the price and the time and effort to get to the location of the performance.
Perfect length. Interactive. My 3 year old loved it.
My kids LOVED Bluey. I love it too! The show was not only spectacular, engaging, fun, interactive and funny but it also had a message. My kiddos were engaged the whole time (4 and 7 years old). The show last about 45-50 minutes which I found passed so fast (in a good way). At the end, the threw bouncy balloons into the audience and bubbles but if you are not in the front rows, you might not get a chance to participate since the balls and bubbles can only make it so far. I was hesitant to get VIP tickets because the characters are puppets but the kids didn’t mind one bit and VIP allowed us to participate in a lot of the engaging activities from the stage. Def worth it!
Super fun for my 3 and 6 year old. Interactive, creative and the right length so they don’t get bored (max 55-60min total)
The show started 5 minutes late and ended 35 minutes later. It was the shortest children event I have gone to. The puppets were cute but this event was definitely not worth the cost.
I’m not sure who was more sad when the show came to an end, my 4 year old daughter or me. We absolutely loved it! Buy the tickets!
Such a great show! My daughter and her friend both loved it and couldn’t stop laughing and having fun! I really enjoyed it as well! Love the game they played after the show! Hope they come back next year with a whole new story!
Took 3 kiddos to this show and was VERY dissatisfied. The entire premise of the show is that the dad doesn’t want to play with his kids, and is too busy with his phone. This plot is not something we need to reinforce- parents being focused on phones over engagement. At the end of the show a big “keepy uppy “ game was promised. While only those on the main floor got to participate. Very exclusionary and heartbreaking for the kids. My family and I love the bluey show, but this was nothing like the heartwarming, interactive, engaging show that we are used to.
The play itself was very short would have been nice to have the kids involved more ! The kids enjoyed it but as is that all . Overall maybe a little overpriced for how far we were .
Great energetic cast. The show had very little plot, was a bit preachy, and was way too short for the high price point.
The Bluey show was good in terms of quality. I mean, the kids liked it anyway. The 42minutes the show lasted was far from satisfactory. I had a few friends at the show with the same thought.
My 3 & 6 year old loved it. It wasn't too loud and or too bright for kids like another show that I also watched with the kids and they kept covering their ears. It was also not too long and perfect for kids to enjoy it without getting bored. The keepy uppy at the end was amazing fun for kids.
The play it's self was wonderful and well done however the production company left out 3/4 of the audience in the game of keepy uppy at the end. If you did not have ground seats then you did not get to participate. While I understand not wanting the giant balls to fall from the balcony onto the lower levels I do not understand why the crew could not have had bubble machines like they did for the floor up in the balcony so we could participate. There were a number of kids that were left crying and upset as they could not go down to participate and had likely been warned by their parent of caregiver.
People running around the stage in bright green suits moving props around and manoeuvring large stuffed animals with sticks. It was 40 minutes of throwing around ‘Dad’s cell phone’. 40 minutes!! We thought our daughter would be elated to see Bluey in person, but instead she spent the bulk of the performance looking confused, and it ended in a crying fit because everyone on the floor got to play “keepy-uppy” with big balloons and she got to watch from the balcony. If you’re willing to take a chance, spend the money on floor seats so you can at least enjoy 1 thing about the performance. Pretty brutal.
The performers were on stage for less then 45 minutes. The last 5 minutes or so they were bouncing some big balls and bubbles around to only part of the audience. It was ok at best. I felt I was robbed going to this.
Was really great but can’t believe how much money the tickets were
